We have a great time and were very comfy in this condo. Smooth stay without any problems. Condo was as described and was well equipped for our group of 4. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed time with family!

We enjoyed being on a higher floor and this corner unit with wrap-around balcony offered great views.

The unit is spacious and functional with good flow. The living room furniture was very comfortable (four recliners). The views from this corner unit with the wrap around balcony were amazing! From the balcony we saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, and a variety of birds. AC was cold and water pressure was strong. Washer/dryer were large capacity. Access to the beach & pool/hot tub were easy and close, basically get off the elevator & take 35 steps and you’re on the beach! Easy access hose and shower to get sand off your feet and gear before leaving the beach.

Condo was great! Functional, easy access to beach and pool. Views of the Gulf for miles from the wrap around balcony were the best feature!

This was my third rental at Crystal Shores and it was the best one. The entire complex is in the midst of upgrades around the building. Unlike the first visit where only one elevator worked both were in operation. The weather was very cold while there so the fact that the pool and hot tub were being resurfaced wasn't an issue. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. As a corner unit the view of the gulf is stunning particularly sunrise and sunset. I will be returning in the summer for sure.

Relaxing weekend in a great family friendly location (but keep that quiet send everyone to Florida)

Beautiful place to watch the Sun rise and set. Watch the dolphins and pelicans search for fish. Clean and relaxing this condo is a great place to get away from the rest of the world. Great place for a couple or family. Great access to the beach and not to far from many other attractions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Furniture a little worn and the bathroom base boards in the master bathroom, could use a good scrubbing. The curtain inside the shower was super cheat and torn in some areas, and the tub kept clogging up. By the time we got done with our shower in the master bath, the water would be way up past our ankles. Definitely needs to be better maintained and a good cleaning all throughout the condo! Especially the cabinets in the kitchen and the base boards in the master bath. And definitely make sure you bring even salt and pepper, because not even that is provided at the condo.

Everything was great. wish the water would drain faster in the master bedroom. Had a wonderful time and will be back soon.

My family and I stayed at Crystal Springs 1308 and it was absolutely great. Every single detail was above what I expected! The view, sunset and sunrise are amazing

Beautiful & super clean!

The space was nice. I loved having three bathrooms, that is helpful when you have a group. The kitchen was well supplied. My only complaint would be the elevators are slow and hot. Some ventilation in the elevators would be very helpful.

This was the easiest rental process I’ve ever had. Everything was handled electronically. The condo had everything you needed and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It’s spacious, clean and well laid out! The only suggestion I’d give is to state specifically if the unit comes with a reserved parking space or not. The parking said it came with 2 spots so we drove through the garage looking for them and finally just parked in the ground floor. That is the only criticism I can give. We’d stay there again in a second!

Our stay at CSW 1308 was terrific. We enjoyed a very relaxing month in Gulf Shores. This was the first time that we stayed in GS for a month as "snowbirders". It will not be our last. We really enjoyed it. CSW 1308 was very nice. It was clean and well stocked upon arrival. We had one mechanical issue during our stay (the microwave over the oven quit working). We called iTrip and within an hour the maintenance man arrived. After confirming the microwave was broken he brought over a countertop microwave within an hour. (He asked if we wanted to replace the over-the-oven microwave or just bring a countertop. We wanted to do the countertop.)

Luxurious property on the beach

We had no issues at all with the property. Would recommend bringing a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels depending on how many you have staying with you.

This is an excellent property. Everything about the condo was as advertised. Location was amazing, just steps from the beach. The views were breathtaking!! We did experience a couple of minor hiccups with a loose kitchen faucet and one housekeeping issue. However, management responded promptly and offered to send maintenance right away. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation home!

When checking in you have to park away from building & load your items to take to your room in carts & make repeated trips & then wait in long lines to access only working elevator because everyone else is checking in at same time. Read reviews from months ago as this is a long time problem. Otherwise, I.d give this 5 stars.

We made a last minute decision to book this condo and are so glad we did. We booked through iTrip Vacations, and Schasta was so helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early since the unit had been vacant the night before. Views were amazing, and this part of the beach wasn't too crowded. The wrap-around deck was so nice with plenty of seating and the breeze on the 13th floor made it very comfortable to sit outside even in late June. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including a spare sheet of sheets and blanket for the trundle bed which my 8 year old nephew loved. Three full, spacious bathrooms made it easy for our group to get ready and out each day. I had read reviews about one of the elevators being down and was concerned about that before we arrived, but both were fully operational and wait times were minimal. Check-in and out was easy, we had parking for two cars and had no trouble finding a space. It was a great experience all the way around! An added bonus: iTrip Vacations gave us one free admission to different activities in the area, including golfing, the water park and amusement park. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again when we're in the area.
