Thank you for a lovely stay at The Yellow House. It was perfect for our family holiday. Seven adults, two kids, one baby and our Cocker Spaniel Ruby. We all fitted comfortably. We felt right at home. Beautiful big dining room table, comfy couches to sit on, we wanted for nothing. Our host Jimmy was so helpful and gave us brilliant suggestions about things to do and see. We really enjoyed coming back after a day of sightseeing and lighting the fire each evening. The kids had great fun and danced and sang in the big hall. It is such a great house for family get togethers. We have made very happy memories for years to come and will always have very happy ones of our time spent together in the Yellow House. I would 100% recommend staying here and if we are in the area again we will be back. Thanks again.

Spacious and well equipped, so if you are travelling as a large group, this house comes highly recommended. Given the location, serves as a good base for Castlebar or the general Galway/Westport area. Jimmy was a great host, and promptly handled any requests/queries, and was even very pro-active with suggestions for things to do/see in the local area. Fireplace was set on arrival, which acted as a welcoming touch. We travelled here during Ireland's colder months, but the garden and surrounding areas are well kept, so for the summer months guests will have use of an attractive surrounds/garden too.

The host was very helpful throughout and gave plenty of information to us about the area and what is available to us throughout our 2 week stay. House was lovely and clean, very comfortable and in a great location. Will definitely be back

Fantastic house...clean warm and comfortable; plenty of space for our family group of 9...very convenient to Westport and surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in the Yellow House, the house is super spacious, clean and very comfortable and had plenty of room for a large family, within 10 minutes to westport and castlebar, with a beautiful village of Aghgower nearby with a small shop and a lovely playground. The location was perfect for us as we were close to our family living nearby. Jimmy and Una were great hosts and kept intoch during our stay.

The size and space were fab! Jimmy was very helpful ful of recommendations! Especially for food !
