The property was exceptional the nicest place I have ever stayed. it is completely equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. the hosts were fantastic especially Nikos who was always on hand whatever we needed and gave us some excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants/ bakeries etc

Everything was perfect my only recommendation would be it’s useful to have a car to get around

My friends and I traveled to Zante in June 2022 for a 7 night stay at the Pasithea Villa (group of 6). Nikos was a wonderful host from beginning to end. He kindly arranged our transfers from the airport and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He arranged a fantastic boat trip for us and offered to book taxis, restaurants etc. if we needed them. The villa itself is beautiful. It is kept spotlessly clean with full clean, towel + linen changes every few days if desired. The views from the top balcony are probably the best you will find on the island. The pool area is very nice and appeared to be cleaned daily. There are a small handful of bars and restaurants a few minutes' walk away in Bochali - well worth visiting for the beautiful views overlooking Zante Town. The villa is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to families, couples, or groups of friends.

Very clean, modern and the view out of each room.

We'd planned a wedding on Zakynthos and we choose the Pasithea Elegant Villa as a place to stay. The Villa is the most beautiful place to stay in whole Zakynthos. The large kitchen, great interior design, the pool, bedrooms and the gym, everything was truly perfect. The panoramic view from Bochali is the best you can see. Nikos, the host was helpful and surprised us with decorations, wine and cake when we'd back from our wedding party!

The only thing that I can complain about were the electric cables which break the panoramic view.

Our stay was just perfect. It was all very well organized by our host. The communication with him was very easy (call or messages) from check-in to the stay to the check-out everything went smoothly. Christos the host was very friendly and courteous and gave many insider tips (restaurant, attractions etc.) which were just perfect. The accommodation is fully equipped and furnished down to the smallest detail. All the rooms were very clean and were even cleaned during the stay. Towels and other linen were changed every three days. The view from the balconies is indescribable and invites you to enjoy fine aperitifs. The location is perfect but you should rent a car so that you don't have to walk too much or pay taxis.

Nothing to criticize at all

Second time staying in Pasithea, same exceptional experience! This time was a business trip that took me to Zante, but we're definitely coming back this summer! Pasithea is a luxury (yet not pretentious) villa, located in the best spot of the city (Bohali), providing everything you've dreamed of...from your own private pool to the most breathtaking view to Ionian sea! Last but not least, you'll definitely love the owners of the villa (especially Chris), who will treat you like family!
