Viešbutis nemokamai atvyksta pasitikti į oro uostą, kasdien veža į/iš senamiestį, paplūdimį. Nuostabi panorama į Zante miestą, vakarais tylu, ramu, nevyksta jokių vakarinių programų. Žmonių srautas rugsėjo mėn. viešbutyje buvo itin nedidelis, tad baseine ir bendrose erdvėse dažniausiai būdavome vieni. Kambarys atitiko nuotraukas, tvarkė reguliariai.

Pusryčių meniu skurdokas, visą savaitę tie patys patiekalai. Visai jokio vaisių asortimento, norint pusryčiauti lauke kepina saulė, tik keli skėčiai, kurie suteikia pavėsį. Ateina laukiniai katinai, skraido musės/bitės, tad dažniausiai rinkdavomės valgyti viešbučio viduje, nors lauko terasa puiki.

the hotel is located in a very central and strategic area, a good structure, it benefits from a very suggestive panoramic view. Indicatively good services, but not excellent.

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we were consequently assigned a suite for an additional €50. The cleaning service needs to be reviewed, as well as the quality of the very cramped and dated bathrooms. At the change of room on the second day, after wasting 40 minutes of our vacation time, we did not find shampoo and soap in the new room. Then we discovered that shampoo, soap and body wash are the same thing. We recommend greater flexibility in breakfast times, as most people are not happy to have breakfast on holiday at 7 in the morning, but only due to needs such as excursions or departures. The staff on these occasions presented themselves as unhelpful and annoyed. I do not recommend dinner, very repetitive and of low quality. Breakfast acceptable but not excellent.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delightful culinary journey. The attentive staff and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant made each dining experience even more enjoyable.What made the dining experience even more special was the breathtaking view from the restaurant. This hotel is a must-visit!

The hardest bed ever, noisy dogs barking

Location was amazing, the view and the infinity pool was really unique. If they will fix the rooms it would value the price we paid and more.

Unfortunately there were a lot of defects and lack of maintenance, the bathroom was worse than a 2 star hotel, all the pieces were rusty, or broken, the floor had broken tiles, the wardrobe, the chairs were broken... after paying 1000k for a 6-days stay I had far better expectations. I'm an experienced traveller, I know I can have similar or better service for 80-90$/night in the same area. I could not cancel the stay nor upgrade the room, since the hotel was full.

The location is amazing, the view was spectacular and the parking had plenty of space.

The staff was rude. Our room was very dirty. The towels were in very poor condition, and the beach towels were hard to find. Finally, the breakfast needs improvement being average.

Limited facilities and some areas would benefit from better maintenance e.g. several sunbeds were broken, some of the chairs on the terrace were uncomfortable, tennis court is advertised but is not usable.

Beautiful view and exceptional staff! We arrived before check in time, and they were very accommodating finding a room for us. The bartender at the restaurant is very friendly and attentive. Everyone was just so nice, and it genuinely felt like they wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was also a very relaxing atmosphere.

The bed was hard. We are used to softer beds so it was different for us. We slept well though.

Advantages: 1. Good location and convenient parking 2. Good views, there is an infinity pool overlooking the sea, although the water is very shallow 3. Good breakfast 4. Public parts are well decorated and decorated. Disadvantages: 1. The bathroom is very small, there is no place to put towels and bath towels; the water flow is very small, the hot water is very slow, and the hardware accessories are old. 2. The dog in the yard next door kept barking, which seriously disturbed our rest and made us unable to sleep at night. 3. Mosquitoes in the room, bad experience 4. There were still many other rooms of the same type listed on the booking when we checked in, but the staff arranged for us to go to the first floor. After we expressed our desire to change to a room on a higher floor, we were given a room on the second floor in the corner with no view.

staff were excellent and friendly, the property was very comfortable and clean throughout. The buffet and drinks prices were very reasonable too, buffet was adequate and breakfast was very good too.

Breakfast was very good. The view over the city made your day every day. Mornings by the infinity pool. By car in a few minutes to and from the Zante city centre.

Unfortunately we had a parking view, next time we go for a sea view for sure <3

How they offered transfer not only from the airport to the hotel but also to Tsivili beach and Zakynthos town. The driver Stavros exceptional professionalism and punctuality. The dinner buffet option which was good and also had a great value. They also booked for us the boat trip and we were picked up at the hotel.

Is not a didn't like but maybe a attention in relation to the government fee we pay in booking.com that they might not being able to see at the reception, so make sure you don't pay twice we luckily saw it and didn't pay it again. It was also not nice after breakfast how we felt rushed to leave the room to be cleaned.

Wonderful location- close to Zante Town and the airport but in a quiet area overlooking the sea and the port. The staff in the hotel were helpful and very friendly. We were picked up from the airport and taken back for our flight home - all part of the hotel's service. There were also shuttles to the beach and the town but we didn't use them. The staff in the hotel were all exceptional!

There is only some liquid soap in the room so bring your own toiletries . The bathroom could do with updating.

Everything was exceptional, the hotel, the room itself, the staff also (i had some wonderful conversations with Giannis, the receptionist) and all of them were very helpful all the time. If You come to this hotel, do an efort and try to book the room with the swimming pool (i assure You won't regret it), as all the other rooms are normal ones. The hotel is very close to Zante (5 minutes with the car, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance) and You also have a lot of facilities.

The breakfast was ok, not sensational, but everyday we had the same things, not even a single change in the menu in 12 days...

We loved Avalon!! The suites are amazing - comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and the private pool felt like such a luxury. But the prices were really reasonable for how nice the rooms are! The staff are excellent and kind, and remembered us every time.

Not a negative, just worth noting: it's about 20 minute walk to the town of Zakynthos, meaning a sweaty walk or constant cabs if you don't rent a car.
