Location was a walk into town. Also very close to entry of bike track. We rode into town to collect our bikes then rode to the bike track.
Was an open fire if wanted plus airconditioning. Plenty of blankets. 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer and an outside line and clothes airer.
Cannot complain.

Wonderful location and beautiful house. Beds and couch were comfortable and the house had lots of space with everything you needed. Stayed at many places in Derby and this is now one of our favourites.

This place was amazing!! It totally exceeded our expectations in every way. It was bigger than we thought, closer to everything than we realised, and had so much stuff there to help make our stay more comfortable.
It was one of our more expensive stays but it fits 9 people so it would have been good value with a bigger group. We loved having it to ourselves.

Lots of room, very good kitchen, good lighting, TV, wifi, beds all single. A good size bathroom, & an ensuite both with gas instantaneous endless hot water, fantastic. Good laundry with dryer & a drying rack. Easy access key pad door lock. A lockable shed for bikes after they've been cleaned with the well located hose. Good location over looking the main trail head & shuttle bus pick up area.
The deck awning wasn't quite big enough to protect from the rain, but the rain was almost side ways. No pack of fire lighters, local store didn't stock any.

Comfortably slept 9 of us and the wash bay was super handy especially because When we rode it was muddy. Had everything we needed
