Right in the middle of town with all that we needed. Owners were happy to share local knowledge.

These aren’t dislikes as we loved our stay so the below is just some suggestions to improve it even further hairdryer & Tv would be beneficial. Seperate light in the kitchen area would be good & some clothes hanging space. Also a basic screen door to stop the blow flies coming in

Soundproofing of this old building is a minor detail. Slept really well and would stay again. No TV, but enough to do in Derby and surrounds so you won't miss it.

Great location, really comfortable. We were provided with a couple of local beers, which were lovely to have upon arrival. It was very handy to have a self-contained kitchen (just bring some oil). The local pub was really good and just up the road.

Modern with beautiful wood throughout. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.

A little dark even when it was lovely and sunny outside. Ate my breakfast on the steps outside to take advantage. Very minor point though!

if you are looking for something a little different this is a stylish conversion. simple and elegant fit out that’s close to everything.

Caleb the host was knowledgeable and assisted with ideas for dining options and day time activities in the area in addition to mountain bike riding.

No TV, but not an issue as lots to do.

There was only plywood in between another rental and we could hear everything they said and did. The baby cried intermittently all night, one person was coughing and vomiting. so no sleep was had - spent $200 for a sleepless night. the owner gave us 2 bottles of wine for the lack of privacy.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was immaculate and the complimentary beers most appreciated! Loved the plunge coffee and tea assortments. Bed was comfy.

Heating is ok, but not evenly distributed. Hot in the mezzanine and cooler downstairs and no heating in the bathroom. Maybe should have advertised that the access is a bit tricky for less ambulances. Couch cushions are a pain to sit on too, comfortable but constantly pushing back into place

Conveniently located for bike hire & cafes. Stylish decor, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, thoughtful owners. Loved the loft!
