Basic in style but good value for money. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. An easy 5-10 min drive into Mudgee town centre.

There were no top sheets on the beds, and the place might have smelled a little better. To freshen up the place, we bought a scented candle. For someone who plans to spend time at home, a larger TV may be desirable.

Communications with Alison were clear, polite and quick. It is well located. Border collie was welcomed inside and out. It was well presented and supplied.

For some reason my laptop would not connect to wifi.

Close to Town and Wineries. Very clean and immaculate property. 2 x double beds, which was great for 2 friends and appreciated the electric blankets on the beds.

It was old needed updating...but comfortable...the cameras out the back and front were a bit un nerving to say the least...coffee machine was great..no dishwasher...we ate out any how only meal we had was breakfast

As we were all older it was a challenge to share a double doona without the top sheet to hold in place. It was a squash for all 9 of us to sit in the lounge together. But really no issues.

Property was clean and comfortable. Fact that it's a house to ourselves was good. Appreciated the host having the AC going when we arrived, however it was a little redundant for the weather. the directions provided to get to site and retrieve key were good. location is ok for being reasonably close to town centre and could be walkable for a fit / younger person :) but us old farts used the car!

The fact that it's on main road out of town, so could hear the traffic noise (especially trucks) in the middle of the night. Having said that the 2nd night seemed to be quieter than the first and we do usually live in a very quiet street. Also the air-conditioning started to make a high pitched noise - likely the fan in the corridor outside the bathroom, so that we ended up turning it off - didn't really need it for our stay. only other dislike was the unexpected refundable deposit that was not mentioned in the booking site, but this may be the site (booking.com) rather than the host.
