We were traveling with a ten months old baby. The communication with the host prior to our stay was very comforting. He even bought a baby bed and organized a baby chair for us. We really appreciated that. The apartment comes with three bedroom, a kitchen and a roof terrace. You have plenty of space. The common pool and the pool area are very nice and well maintained. It’s a great place for families with kids. The view from the kitchen and the bedroom is amazing. You can see both the sea and the mountains. Some maintenance needed though but after the repairs are finished, the place is a gem close to flic en flac area. We would definitely stay there again.

The host is not living close by so that the only communication is via WhatsApp. There were some smaller amnesties that would need some maintenance. When we mentioned the issues to the host, he did not really feel responsible or offered any help. After a while, when the incidents were adding up, he said that he’ll take care of it after our checkout. The cutting board in the kitchen was full of ants that were living in it. The coffee machine did not work. There was only a big wok in the kitchen available but we got quite handy with it cooking pancakes in, bbq, pastasauce etc. The cooking grate of the bbq was very dirty so that we canceled our plans. The sun chair was broken. The bathroom window did not close. In one night, in a sudden the window almost fell out so that a company had to come by to fix it. The tiles of the roof terrace were damaged from he heat. During our stay and a strong cyclone that passed by, water was running through the ceiling and watered the whole bedroom. The owner promised us a great gift for all the discomfort but unfortunately, he never showed up again.

Great pool & calm location. The open rooftop balcony is prefect to relax.

The owner is really kind and available in giving suggestion and recommendation for our stay. He provided fridge full of soft drinks,juices and beer for our welcome. The house was very clean, all the rooms are big and equipped with air conditioning. Terrace has an amazing view for the sunset and the privatr bbq allows option for dining on top of the house and enjoy the night. The pool is very clean and there is also a night guard at the main entrance. We spent all holiday here as it is also a good starting point if you want to visit the island by car. This apartment is strongly recommended for your stay in Mauritius!
