The location is nice, I think Kwariati might be one of the nicer beaches in Georgia, especially for snorkeling. There are not much people on the beach, although the infrastructure is there. The house is charming from the outside.

The lights in the house were dim, the house itself is old, the toilet flush was not working automatically. The worst thing is the construction that is happening right behind your windows - 3 meters. There is a hotel building built there, they start the work at 8, so they wake you up with noises. When you eat breakfast the construction workers are there to keep you company. Have a close look, as there are two houses, one has a front sea view, and the other one (the one we got), doesn't.

A basic cottage with all required amenities and a very hospitable owner. The sea view is soothing and you could spend hours sitting by the balcony. Its a little far away from Batumi but taxis and frequently available near the cottage.

Location was excellent. Very green and close to the sea. It is an excellent place for a family. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a very beautiful villa, close to the sea, very suitable for a family holiday, the landlord is very enthusiastic, and gave us a large bottle of wine❤️❤️❤️

The area of the Cottages at Villa Del Mar was excellent, located directly at the black sea with along beach shore that you walk around and enjoy the small coffee shops and restaurants. The Beach is clean and well services with life guards which is also located at the edge of the mountain. The Cottages is very nice and big with three bedrooms and kitchen- excellent for family with kids. The villa had an external garden with sitting area and 50 meters you reach a supermarket. 20 meters far, Del Mar beach restaurant with excellent service, food and view. The personal was very helpful and supporting in answering questions and providing soft packages. Thank you

Beautiful little beach cottage overlooking the Black Sea.

Unfortunately it was completely out of season when we stayed there and everything was closed. Whilst this is of course not the owners fault, it would have been good to be informed so that we could have brought our own food as there was no food available anywhere near. It also felt like the cottage had been closed down since last season, the heating didn’t work and there were basic items missing in the kitchen.
