the room and the bathroom are kept clean all the time. roof top bar is spacious. staff are pretty helpful.

wifi is not available in the dorm, only found in the meeting room, reception area or bar area. the room is next to the busy street, you can hear the traffic noise all the time. but for me, I don't mind too much.

The price and the location are unbeatable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are very small and the building is old. But, for such a central location and at the price offered, you can't really complain. Note that staff hardly speak any English. They can explain the hostel's facilities to you, but don't ask them for directions or travel advice.

washroom really needs some a makeover: there should be a curtain/door for the mens toilet. only bread for breakfast

Hotel is easy to find with a big sign on the front. Inside is clean and there is shampoo in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good for somewhere to stay overnight, but wouldn’t stay more than a couple nights.

Hotel is located on a busy junction, making it very noisy at night. I would recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask if you want to sleep well. Restaurant is only open for breakfast, so don’t expect food any other time. There is also no wifi.

Arusha Backpackers is probably the best quality value in town. Paschal and his team are very professional! I highly recommend it.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. In particular I would like to mention Cherifal. He was so kind and ferrous with this time and knowledge. He really made my stay a memorable one. Thank you Cherifal. Facilities were maintained well and the location was fantastic. Close to everything from markets to shops and atms

The toilets where very small and pokie. Bit of street noise outside but expected in a main/busy area

The bar, but not the food it served. Some (a minority) of the staff were friendly. I could leave my bags while I went on safari.

No effort made to create an atmosphere: for instance, the bar was equipped with a sound system, but it wasn't used. Small tables in the bar mean shy solo travellers sit on their own. The breakfast was African (coffee or tea, bread and margarine, jam). Not many guests there when I visited - in high season!

Its location near the bus terminal.

My room was basically a windowless box. Wifi was not available in the room. It can get pretty noisy as the wallls are thin and the hostel is right next to Arusha's main road and plus all the doors annoyingly squeak when they are opened.

The staff is extremely helpful! Also the location is in the very center of Arusha and close to the airport.

Unfortunately WiFi is not working in the dorms, you have to go down to the Lobby or to a 'meeting room'

I really enjoyed staying here. It was only for 1 night but I was very pleased!! The staff is super nice and help you with whatever. The showers and toilets are clean (and with warm water!!!!!). They provide shampoo and shower gel which is really nice. Also, I loved the room (dormitory): nice bed, comfortable, with mosquito net.

the staff was really kind and they even organized food for us when we arrived in the night.

The place and the staff were amazing. We even added one more day to stay in this place to continue visiting Arusha. 100% recommended.
