Dům už je trošku starší, ale být moderní

Wir waren für 4 Wochen im Apartment „Casa Branca“. Das Wohnhaus macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Leider ist die Wohnung an einigen Stellen doch schon abgewohnt. Wir haben uns letztendlich aber wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Über eine Whatsapp Gruppe wurden Wünsche, wie frische Handtücher, Bettzeug zügig erneuert. Der Parkplatz am Haus und der Swimming Pool waren zusätzliche positive Merkmale des Hauses.

Die wöchentliche Reinigung, die eigentlich inkludiert sein sollte (laut Text bei booking.com), war nur gegen Aufpreis zu erhalten. Wir haben alles in Eigenregie gemacht. Herd (Backofen) und Dunstabzugshaube waren länger nicht gereinigt worden! Bessere Balkonmöbel sind wünschenswert. Insgesamt fehlten hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die eine noch bessere Bewertung vehinderten.

Very good communication with the agents, everything was clean and in working condition, plenty beach towels, nice morning view. We really enjoyed the pool at night and the parking spot. Some nice addition was the sound console mounted in the wall in almost every room.

Hard to cook on the provided frying pans, they were in poor condition.

Stunning apartment just off the main road with plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Loved it ! Great size rooms and balcony to relax in. Family enjoyed the swimming pool too.

The apartment was perfect for our family the bedding is five star.

Very spacious with good facilities. Close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets etc.

It’s a little bit of a walk to Funchal centre but we didn’t mind that.
