Hostel has a really good atmosphere. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful. It is cosy, big lockers, good facilities, fully equipped kitchen, great balcony. Hostel is a bit up the hill which is a plus for me.

Everything was great .. if you visit Sarajevo and look for a hostel ..dont think a lot .. 😉

The staff was really lovely. The owner is vegan and gave me a lot of recommendations on where to find food in the city. She event made me a traditional meal once with stuffed peppers. The hostel is located on the hill and the view over the city and on the mountains was great. There is a big living room + kitchen where you can cook food from the shops literally 20m away. The guests were really nice, I had a lot of chats with people from all over the world, and we went out to explore the city together.

This hostel is the best I have ever stayed at. It was always cleaned well, the interior is nearly new and the staff is very kind. I was also lucky to meet amazing people! Thanks a lot! PS: The view from the terrace is great, too

I really loved this place. The staff are brilliant, they have lots of advice and local knowledge to share and they really go out of their way to help you. (Thanks Šejla for arranging my taxi to the airport before you even came into work!). The dorms are big and comfy, the bathrooms are very clean and the kitchen and common area are great. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hostel ever! The staff were super friendly and gave us loads of advice about what to do in the city, everything was absolutely clean, the facilities were great, the beds were super comfortable, and guests could meet and get to know each other in a lovely common area.

This hostel is clean, spacious and have a confortable bed, if way not problem for you you need to chose this hostel

Everything is great. The hostel is incredibly clean and the common area is nice. There is a nice supermarket right next door and the view from up there is awesome. The staff were some of the nicest I encountered on my trip.

There is only one complaint, they say that they include towels (not all hostels do), but the towel they give you is about the size of two washcloths. They reserve normal-sized towels for those in private rooms. It was not enough to dry my body. So, if you are going, bring your own towel.

facility was good 1 employee was very unpleasant and extremely disgruntled. I checked in to the first hotel for 12 euros, then the price changed in the middle of the week and the gentleman working in the morning was working too much, he has the right and two mexican girls working in English had no respect for the working guest, it was like they were guests, not employees the boss needs to spend some time there or follow up
