Amazing location, very nice property, and very kid friendly! Parking was surprisingly easy and could always get near ish the house

The location was excellent

perfect for families and well equipped for children which was ideal for us. The location was perfect, with a sea view and v close to lots of nice restaurants and the beach or bus. Great for families as you could always nip back to the flat plus the pdf booklet from the owner was v detailed and useful with things to do
so many lock boxes would be better to label them by flat, bathrooms could do with a little attention - a shower screen and toilet seat to be fixed. Parking permit for the car park right outside would be better but the free parking roads are v close by so it was not a real issue other than trying to load/unload.

location was perfect - across the road from the beach and a minute’s walk away from the nearest shops. Matt the host could not have been more helpful with all the information he provided before we arrived and provided everything we needed for a lovely relaxing break.

Hosts good for info. Very clean and well appointed. Right next to the sea and town centre.
Parking outside was pay & display, from 7am to 10pm.

Great location next to Viking bay and lots of nice little restaurants and cafes. Well appointed especially for families. Didn’t have a problem with parking, owner gave us a very comprehensive guide to the accommodation and where best to park before our stay.
Would definitely stay again, Broadstairs is a great base for a mini break and coastal walks.

Free to air TV in lounge was not working throughout our stay. Host did try to resolve, but was technical issue.

The host was great at communicating with us, and the flat had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.
