Perfect home from home, the host provided everything to make the stay enjoyable. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect through and through.

To be honest you can’t find a single fault with the accommodation or the host.

Quiet location, ideally placed for us to visit two sets of friends. We were greeted warmly and had everything we needed. The tea, coffee, milk, cereal and fruit were a lovely surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is fab. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place. Shame we weren't staying longer.

We didn't arrive until late in the evening due to a family bereavement. I had emailed previously and text before we left. We arrived around 9:30pm and was greated by Ray. He gave us a quick but thorough run through the property before pointing us in the direction of a takeaway for food. The property itself was immaculately clean and had everything you would need. It's a perfect size for a couple to use as a base, as we did, when attending events close by. There was milk in the fridge, biscuits and cereal in the cupboards along with fruit in a bowl on the table. The bedroom contained a double bed along with wardrobe and drawers (we didn't use these) along with the door to the bathroom. This had a walk in shower cubicle, sink and toilet. It is plenty big enough to dress comfortably. The living room/kitchen is a good size with a double sofa, large TV, nest of tables and a small dining table and chairs. The kitchen had a kettle, toaster, microwave along with a counter top oven/hob. This was more than plenty to allow us to have breakfast of bacon sandwiches. With plenty of plates, cutlery and other bits you could call it home away from home.

Location was excellent for the places we wanted to visit. Host was great, very friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is definitely 10 out of 10 stay!! The place is immaculate and very welcoming. Travelling for work, I see a lot of hotels and self-catering places and this is one is the best I have stayed in in a very long time. This was my second stay and definitely not the last one. Easy access to motorway or to Doncaster yet very quiet and with very little traffic. The hosts are lovely, always happy to have a small talk and answer any questions but equally happy to leave you alone if you want. You can park the car on your piece of driveway so it is very secure.

There is absolutely nothing I want to mention that I didn't like.

lovely self contained space very clean and warm with cooking facilities . beds comfortable used the sofa bed which was easy to use. main bedroom comfortable. nice quite location 20 mins to Doncaster Racecourse. There was breakfast cereal milk , tea and coffee and biscuits too which was a bonus if not prepared. Also lots of cleaning products available required for your stay ..friendly owners Ray shows you around the accommodation and also is on hand should you have any queries .

nothing we didn’t like , unfortunately a shower malfunction meant luke warm showers for us all , Ray the owner tried to assist however unforeseen fault .

Absolutely fantastic little bungelow as well as the cleanliness and comfort it was all the little extra personal considerate touches, milk in the fridge plenty of tea coffee sugar even cereals for breakfast, bowl of fruit on the table a box of tissues in the bedroom, so welcoming will definitely be staying again should the need arise in the area.
