Perfect location, very close to many surfing beaches. Internet was fast and I could work remotely with no problems. Claudia is an amazing host.

Great location walking distance to surf spots amd city centre. Very nice spaceous room with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Excellet expereince.

Very large loft in gated community, some 10&15min walking from Ericeira center. Right in front of the best beach in town. Lots of space, nice terrace

The bathroom was quite tiny, certainly if you would sleep with more than 2 people

Very good location in a secured estate and not far from the centre of Ericeira. Claudia met us on arrival so she could personally show us around the property and give us tips on what to do during our stay. Only 2 of us stayed, however, you could easily fit 6 people which would make it amazing value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back!

The property is located a short walk into town.

The property was described as a loft room. In fact the opposite was the case the property being a basement room. There was ventilation only provided by the front doors. There were no openable windows. There was no mechanical ventilation to the bathroom. There was no proper lock provided to the front door. The shutters to the front doors could not be closed as the locks were defective and the doors did not fit. It is our view the property is not fit to be let as it has to be regarded as non habitable space. A basement to the main property above and no more. The swimming pool referred to be the owner was closed.
