The apartment was very pleasant and roomy. A little further from the town center than expected but no big problem.
It was nicely furnished and everything one could wish for in the way of accessories. We enjoyed our short stay.
Definitely the "meet and greet". There was none. Nobody. I tried phoning 3 times and the phone was turned off.
Eventually my friend managed to speak to a very helpful lady who told us what to do and during our stay phoned
to make sure we were comfortable also to say goodbye and thank us for our stay. NOT a word from the person who
was supposed to meet us.

Our family of 5 loved this apartment. The views were great and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Everything was fine as always. We had a good time enjoying our days off with family. 5 Star for booking.com for that
Owner was very kind and we would like to be there again in the future as house and location were very good. One thing i like to mention is that we have been charged extra 30 euros from the owner saying it to be as municipal fees. I didnt ask too many questions at that time as we had to move in from our journey we were very tired. There was nothing mentioned in booking.com about this charge as we thought that everything is included in all the charges for our stay.That was a bit inconvienient at that time,Imagine myself being without any cash at that time and the owner saying something like sorry without this charge we couldnt let you in and i had 4 children with me so i paid it without asking too many questions. My request is that it should have been mentioned before our check in so any other miscommunication can be understood and avoided.That was the only negative part of my stay there.

Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea views. Walking distance to Praia do Sul and old town.
Attention to detail was a little short. For example there was no way to light the gas stove, so I needed to buy matches. There was no washing powder provided and there were 2(!) clothes pegs. The corkscrew was worn out.

The location was right in front of the ocean, and large terrace allowed us to enjoy the view.
It is dated, dish washer is very noisy, furniture not in great condition

I called the owner the day before checking in, agreed an ETA and called him again as I was leaving the airport; he arranged for somebody to meet me there at agreed time.
The apparent decor is bit tiered and could do with some update; in particular bathroom.

Nice ocean view, big apartment with plenty of room and good facilities and a nice balcony. Free parking right outside and close to the Ericeira town center (about a 20min walk). Surfing at the nearest beach.
Even though there are heaters, can get quite cold in the apartment. Lots of kitchen supplies available, but they could use an upgrade.

Very nice and stylish apartment. Very good facilities and excellent terrace facing the sea. Free garage and good hospitality and nice hostess. Highly recommended. Close to beach.
