La struttura ha delle camere spaziose ed è in posizione centralissima.

La colazione è scarsa (non hanno tisane), poca offerta ma comunque quello che basta. Manca un bagno adeguato (pulito e spazioso) per la zona comune. Manca l’ascensore quindi non è adatto a chi ha problemi, ci sono molti gradini da fare.

The location was perfect. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was small, as expected for a centrally located hotel room, but big enough for easy movement.

The lights were confusing.

Rooms good size and everything you could need was available. Staff polite and friendly, breakfast great. Handy for everything you want to see within the city, all within walking distance.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but it should be noted it’s 52 stairs to get to and from street which can be a struggle with luggage or if you are physically challenged.

I loved absolutely everything about this little hotel. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house who happened to be a very gracious host.

Great central location. They served an amazing breakfast you don’t want to miss. They made us feel welcome, were very helpful, friendly and anticipated ways they could make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated that they carried our luggage up the stairs.

The stairs were a lot but were in character for the historic building. They were happy to carry our luggage up and down.

Bed with hard wooden base corner challenging to navigate to the bathroom without catching lower legs.. Stairs .. a lot of stairs up to the rooms .. luggage is a challenge but staff helped.

It’s a beautiful room and the location is fantastic.

Getting up the stairs with heavy luggage is difficult, but I’ve found most places in Europe have stair access so it’s not a problem.

I could not fault our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious, the bed extremely comfortable. And even though it was extremely central it was so peaceful, waking up to the most wonderful breakfast.

Brilliant location, just a few minutes to Duomo in one direction and Uffizi in the other. Very well looked after at breakfast. Room was a good size with a large bed. If at the front of the hotel, it can get noisy though the double-glazing cuts much of it out.

Not a problem for us, but there are a lot of steps up to the hotel itself and there’s no lift. Also, not hotel-related, but Florence was incredibly busy, some of the biggest tourist crowds I’ve seen.

Great central location, with everything at your doorstep. Antonio was lovely every morning. Our room was very spacious and exactly as we expected.

We were in the front room which was on the main strip, was quite noisy at nights and we struggled to sleep at certain times. This is simply a cost of staying in the heart of Florence which we understand.

A wonderful stay and we will stay again soon

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Florence yet secluded and quiet. Renovated rooms in an older building, very comfortable, our room overlooked the busy street but had double glazing. Breakfast was provided by Antonio who was a delight, there was plenty to eat, pastries, yoghurt, muesli, juice, ham, salami, eggs, cheese and omelettes, tea and coffee. Small lounge area with tables to eat at and we were very well looked after by Antonio. Recommended. Can walk from the station, probably quicker than a cab because of the crowds.

Some people would find the stairs challenging with big ports, there is no lift. It is worth the walk up, there must be 50-60 steps. It was quite expensive but you are at the Uffizi in about a minute and you can pop back "home" for a break easily. Florence was incredibly busy, you have to plan ahead and buy tickets to the things you want to see well in advance.

Breakfast was lovely and our server was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Excellent location, couldn't get better close to galleries, river and ponto vecchio, very helpful staff with good recommendations of where to eat and visit, nice room very clean, plenty soft towels, good shower and nice breakfast

Bed tiny bit hard and some noise from above but minor overall great stay and would absolutely recommend. Little bit tricky to find at first, read directions given by the hotel when booking and be aware of steps to access without lift .

The location was amazing. Super centrally located.

I think it could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom felt like it was clean enough but, not super clean.
