The location being out of Kotor is great, the view from the property is amazing, comfy bed

I felt a bit silly when checking out not realizing we had to pay cash for our stay and rustling up the cash…I assumed it would go on my credit card.

Fabulous location, very clean and comfortable, great hosts - the apartment was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing. There are stairs to the room and down to the bay but worth it, and they helped carry the bags on arrival so actually not a negative at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista Zmukić. If you want to enjoy the most beautiful view at Perast bay and you want to stay directly in the unesco world heritage site, you will find it here. The terrace is stunning ❤️! You will have a wonderful view at the two islands. The family is very hospitable and you instantly feel at home. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. Perast has everything you need: local restaurants, a small supermarket and beautiful places to swim. Boat trips to the Islands and Stand up paddle board rentals are available. We totally recommend this place and we will definitely come back! 😊😍

The view was amazing

It wasn’t made clear by owners or booking.com that we had to pay cash which was a bit of an inconvenience . The apartment is on top of the owners place, they must look after their grandchildren so there was a lot of yelling at the kids, the kids crying, they were smoking all the time and we kept getting the smoke, being from Australia, we’re not used to that, second hand smoke is an instant headache for us. But it did make it difficult to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view with the yelling at kids, kids crying and the smoke. I understand kids cry….but we wanted some nice enjoyable time…. THE VIEW HOWEVER IS GREAT AS IS THE FREE PARKING SPOT! And we did get a bottle of Rose wine as a welcome drink.

Very welcoming hosts which offered some drinks and a bottle of wine upon arrival. They were helpful whenever they could. The view from the apartment is amazing and also the room is very nice and clean. A plus were the extremely comfortable beds.

Fab views of the bay, very neat comfortable room with loads of little extras that made it very homey.

we stayed just overnight, on our way from Montenegro towards Slovenia. The appartment is located above the western part of Perast. Above meaning just below the upper road, next to a church, with stunning view on two scenic islands below. The appartment is cute, perfect for a short stay, with a small kitchen. The parking is about 40 stairs above the house, and the appartment is some 100+ stairs above the lower street / the sea.

The steep stairs may be a bit of a problem for older guests, but the views are a good reward :) One blanket for two is just a recipe for poor sleep, at least in our case.

Everything about Bella Vista Zmukic is a dream come true. We recommed this propery to everyone how is looking for a great place to stay during visit to Boka kotorska.

The hosts were very pleasant. It was easy to agree with them, they repond very quickly. View from the balcony was amazing!

The view towards the Bay of Kotor was breath-taking. We totally enjoyed sipping our coffee on the terrace in the morning. The place is cozy and has a small but well-furnished kitchen with a dining table so one can cook instead of eating out (Perast is pricey).

There are only two mini markets in the town.

Collectin keys on arrival was "peace of cake". One sms mesage.

This apartment is all about the view from the terrace out over Perast and the two islands. It's easy to find if you are driving from Tivat as there is a signpost to the hotel from the road. The parking is safe and placed above the apartment. It's then a few steps down to the apartment below to collect the keys from the owners. Everything about the apartment has been carefully thought out and it has been decorated in a modern and stylish way. It is full of character and spotlessly clean. A bottle of rose is thoughtfully provided. There are two terraces to choose from. Both have stunning views. The owners are friendly and welcoming and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to do. You won't find a better place to stay in Perast even though there is plenty of competition.

It was no problem for us but if you are elderly or infirm the 125 steps from the quayside would be a challenge. But that's the reason it has such an amazing view!
