Flat was super comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The staff went a mile more to assist us in everything we needed. They were definitely a plus to consider. Everyone very helpful and warm.

The flat could use some more hangers in the wardrobe.

Aver pagato per un appartamento con camera separata e aver avuto un monolocale con bagno a pavimento senza box doccia.

La ubicación cerca de la playa. Tiene cafetera de cápsulas. La amabilidad del personal. La ducha era bonita y bastante grande.

La cama era realmente incómoda. Es de muelles y muy antigua. Te hundes y se clavan en la piel además de hacer mucho ruido al mínimo movimiento. Tuvimos que dormir en el sofá todos los días. Además no había manta en el apartamento, tuve que pedirla. Se escuchaba bastante ruido de los demás apartamentos y estuvieron haciendo obras con taladro al mediodía. El suelo del balcón está bastante inclinado, no transmite mucha seguridad. La mayoría de los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios. No hay plancha en la habitación aunque en el anuncio indica que sí hay. La escoba y recogedor es común se comparte por planta, lo cuál me parece bastante cutre! No hay ningún trapo.

La atención, limpieza y que nos dieron una habitación superior.

The apartment was really clean and a bottle of water was provided as a welcome. The staff on the reception was nice. The additional camp-bed was provided free of charge. The quantity of towels was enough.

All above mentioned is a real credit for such kind of apartments (we had one on the 4th floor #403). I wish I took seriously the previous messages about awful beds - they were unbelievably awful! The beds are really like camp-beds, extremely creaking from a slight move! The mattresses are old spring mattresses horribly uncomfortable, causing back pain. I absolutely approve all the descriptions about pillows - cheap and shallow. So don't expect to have a nice full sleep during your stay in this accommodation. We asked for additional bed as the "sofa" in the kitchen is rather small for 2 children. Also bare in mind, there are no doors between the kitchen and the bedroom. The amount of kitchen supplies is very poor. In general the apartment needs full renovation, as walls are in stains, kitchen furniture and door trims are bulgy and warped, the shower glass is leaking, the balcony doors can't be closed firmly and can be easily opened from the outside. The view from the balconies is "nothing to write home about" - slums. Be careful leaving valuable goods there, as the safe was out of order, besides we experienced a suspicious crack of a stranger, who opened the door (as he said by mistake) while our card-key was inside it's wallet on the wall - we were shocked! Special note for Ukrainians - we met lots of russian speakers there, both staff and visitors. May be russians own the hotel, but it's only our guesses.

The hotel is not livable, it needs investment, the toilet is broken the beds are of the worst quality, there were not enough towels, there is no cleaning...

Very nice apartment with a big and well equipped balcony

I liked the large bathroom and the presence of a shower instead of a bath, the presence of large rooms, a kitchen with everything you need, the presence of a good air conditioning system
