Fantastic for families,very clean hotel

I liked the friendliness of the staff,the clean,comfortable surroundings,great pool area,smart and clean rooms.The food was excellent also.

Room was right by lift and you could hear it going up and down most of the night, could do with having tea and coffee facilities in rooms

Keeping this short as I have only got one arm having broken my other while in Spain. Excellent location for the Barcelona Ironman, the hotel even catered for it with lots of pasta and an early breakfast on race day. Food was adequate, but I'm not fussy! Bath and shower were good and clean. Having broken my arm most staff were helpful. Enough space in room and balcony to assemble bike. Location is awesome for train station, local shops and restaurants, Ironman race

Nice kids pool but the water is so cold, my kids didn’t enjoyed so much.

Everything was good for the price I had read some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised as everything looked like the photos and it was clean and comfortable. Obviously it wasn't 5* as it's not a 5* super luxurious place, but it was great and we had a lovely time! I would definitely recommend it to others who want a cheap and cheerful place to stay with stuff to do on-site.

This hotel was just brilliant from start to finish. The hotel itself is spotless and the decor is really nice. All of the staff were so so kind and very helpful. The entertainment during the day at the pool for kids and adults such as water arobix ect was great fun. The kids pool is great. I could write an essay honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. If you have kids this is the place to go in barcalona. Not far from the beach or the shops and restaurants.

Swimming pools and staff. Activities for kids are ok but there is only one person (very nice guy) but insufficient for all the kids.

Buffet insufficient variety. It could be better. My 10 years old daughter ate almost the same. No food for kids. Only pasta. Sometimes pizza (only margherita pizza) and rice. The rest of the meals are for adults. Regular quality of food. The buildings are quite old but ok.

Nice small hotel in the village Calella, cute small water park for toddlers which makes it attractive. The stuff at the reception young, energetic, sympa and good in practical help, we appreciated that 👍 The bar service needs some youth renewal, especially about service and language skills 🙂 Food wasn't the best quality, but the restaurant had lot's of choice and grilling at service. About the cleaning according to room service, the hotel needs some improvement, more employees for example 🙂 Because since the hotel is crowded during the season, l think they can't manage all the mess that tourists make. The animation was" Great " the people who performed, they really made lot's of effort, very dedicated to the audience, good ambiance, funny and cool. We are happy to visit this hotel, it was quite a nice experience. Sincerely we recommend it for a weekend or short stay.

unfortunately we didn’t stay at the property or use any of the facilities we checked out as quickly as we checked in and have now been forced by the hotel into a dispute with Hsbc to get a full refund as the hotel manager lady was as terrible as the accommodation and couldn’t care less although booking . com asked us to ask them to waiver fees they simply refused the place was not fit for the purpose of a holiday the balcony was unsafe the hygiene and cleanliness was absolutely appalling we are still living through unprecedented times and it just was not of a standard to risk our health by staying please please any one considering booking I am not one to complain or exaggerate the place is a disgrace. avoid at all costs, I saw one bad review and didn’t think it could ever be so bad from the walls to the floors to the battered furniture and bedding it’s all very dirty and the entire apartment was in a complete state of disrepair. avoid avoid avoid!!!!! 3 star means basic which is fine but cleaning, general repairs and safety standards should still be met. ps luckily we were rescued by a lady at the hotel Volga high end hotel not so far away she was fantastic and restored our faith in Spanish hoteliers
