朝食の種類が多い、地下鉄の駅からも比較的近い、駅の周辺はデパートがあり、レストランもある。 ホテルの近くに7-11コンビニも有りました。

部屋の空調が集中管理で、冷房に切れ替えられており、暖房が使えなった（夜寒かった）。 しいて言えば、朝の食堂は座り切れず、行列が出来ていました。

friendly and helpful staff who went beyond the expected and surprised me with the extra they did, especially the housekeeping. amazing job especially by the one, I don’t know her name, who cleaned my room 5/30. I was there for a wedding and before I left the room, I put on makeup and hurried out, leaving all the eyeliners and brushes out of my makeup bag and laying them on the bathroom counter/sink. when I came back in the afternoon, they were SO organized, with each one of them laying properly and one next to another on a clean hand towel! never had I had that happen to me during my travels and I was gladly overwhelmed! I knew the staff was a she because in the later afternoon she came to my room with the notice about construction noise, and asked me if four bottles of water she put in my room was enough. please do show my gratitude to that lady

1. the changing room was not air-conditioned and hot/humid. 2. on my check out day 5/31 when I was half way of having breakfast, a hotel guest I didn’t know came sit at my table (it was the smallest table with two chairs) when I was away to get my third plate of food. I let him know I was sitting here and still not leaving, he continued eating his food anyway. I had the most awkward and uncomfortable time. my point is: hotel could use a sign that says “occupied” or something to let the guests find whether the tables are in use or not.

The breakfast was reasonable, a very hearty meal with plenty of options. The room was massive and the hot tub was excellent. The views were stunning. The service inside the hotel was perfect. Every request was met wonderfully. Staff were incredibly nice. The restaurant served amazing food.

Breakfast was good, staff were excellent and helpful. Overall room size was large enough. High floor had good panoramic view of surrounding.

I requested a non-smoking room but the non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That was really bad! The river view room did not have a good facing of the river.
