My husband and I travelled with another couple so booked 2 rooms. We found the rooms to be extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working. We received various explanations from staff ranging from, "yes we know there is an issue" to "we only have heating in the winter". We were instructed to sleep with the windows open but then outside noise was an issue. We also observed various other guests complaining about the same issue. I cannot blame the staff as they were extremely polite, but would suggest that it is extremely unfair of management to subject their staff to this barrage of complaints without any clear directive or intention of rectifying this obvious issue.

Came back for second time after years, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. good breakfast and perfect location.

the only problem was that the temperature in the room was way too hot and not possible to lower it down.

Excellent breakfast selection, well presented and tasty! Very good location, close to sights, good bars/restaurants nearby. If driving, be aware that the hotel address is a pedestrian street, you need to set GPS to the nearby Rathaus garage

The aircon didn’t work and there answer was to open the window. Except the noise from outside was too loud. uncomfortably hot.

the second day of our stay, the cleaning lady ,even though we have placed the red label on the door , opened and woke us up at 8:30 . sorry but while on holidays I would like to have quality sleep and not getting anxious about the cleaning schedule.

I totally recomand to stay at this hotel, me and my husband enjoy our time there, it was very comfortable, nice room, modern and absolutely beautiful view.

The position is excelent, anche the parking available for 12€ per night. Room clean and confortable, and there is a sauna in the Hotel.

Location. excellent breakfast. Clean but basic rooms

poor house keeping. toiletries not replenished, paper cups for in room drinks not cleared or replaced and some loose change I left on a table under some books and papers was taken, apparently as a tip. This was however returned with a drinks voucher to use in the bar, when it was pointed out.
