Die Lage, mit Blick über die Stadt und einer Busanbindung ist für Gäste mit Wanderabsichten sehr gut. Will man jedoch sich eher an der Stadt oder der gesamten Region erfreuen, ist es immer sehr weit und aufwendig zu fahren. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet und es gab ein paar Grundlegende Gewürze, Kaffee, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentaps etc. bereits vor Ort. Das war recht praktisch. Auch der Grill war gepflegt und ein tolles Add-on. Es gibt noch Extra Betten, so dass man das Haus mit einer großen Anzahl Personen nutzen könnte.

Das Haus ist sehr unkonventionell geschnitten mit einer recht engen Wendeltreppe in der Mitte. Dass sich zwei Schlafzimmer im Keller befinden, kommt aus den Bildern nicht hervor und sollte man wissen bevor man bucht, denn das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Badezimmer in der oberen Etage ist faktisch eine reingezimmerte "Notlösung" und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und die ein oder andere Ecke recht "abgewohnt". Da das Haus doch sehr hochpreisig ist, würde man da doch etwas mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt erwarten.

The place is very tidy and clean. A special house. Designed internally and externally. Very bright and cozy. All facilities are fine. Everything is clean. The landlady is kind and explains. We had a very pleasant stay in this house. Highly recommended

locatie was perfect

The owners were super friendly. The location is very quite and peaceful. There was a large teleferik station that will take you to the top of Innsbruck.

Families especially with many kids will find it difficult because of the basement floor. The property is three floors. bedrooms are at both second and basement floors.

Rooms location, 2 rooms were in basement. we were expecting a top view which only one room has.

Property owner was really friendly and helpful. Everything was properly clean and location was very close to chair lift. You can leave your car at the location and go with the foot. With kids it was a great comfort. View was perfect from the 1st floor.

Washroom on the 1st floor was quite small. it need to be little bigger.

Clean, very cozy albeit peculiarly designed ultra modern house with a great view high above the city. Right next to the main cable car station, and walking distance from the zoo.

A little too far from the city center.
