I loved Casa Polly and it's proximity to the sea, safe car parking, excellent kitchen facilities, very nice host.

Free use of Bikes, perfect for cycling along the Beach.

Casa Polly is the BEST BnB we`ve visited in Italy. Beautifully decorated, big, modern room with huge shower and super comfortable bed. Breakfasts are great, with wide variety of homemade cakes and pies, it`s like you enter a cake shop:) It was my husband`s birthday during our stay at Casa Polly, so the owner baked him an amazing coffee cake and decorated the room with balloons! The house is perfectly located near the beach plus you can borrow city bikes for free to explore the town. We had such a great time and felt like at home. Wholeheartedly recommended! Will visit again next year!

Nothing could be better!

The whole of Casa Polly has been built with a lot of thought and care to every detail. It is a pleasure to walk through the doors and experience the decor of the whole place. The owners have really put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and trendy, yet fitting with the whole seaside area. The owner and staff were also exceptionally caring to ensure we had a good breakfast, that our wifi connection was working, and that we had free bicycles at our disposal. Good and comfortable beds, free parking for our car just outside the house. In walking distance to the beach, centre of Grottammare and supermarkets.

The facility is obviously recently refurbished and gives you a feeling of modern and comfortable place. Both, the rooms and the common areas.

Other than Italian, communications skills would improve the stay ;)
