Excellent B&B located in a beautiful village. The room was convenient and clean, the breakfast was very tasty with a variety of options. But the best part was the really friendly and welcoming owners that even offered to take me by car to San Benedetto del Tronto because it was raining. I stayed only one night but I hope to be able to return soon!

Our room was really spacious. Sound proofing was a real bonus. Air con worked particularly well because of the size of the room and where it was positioned. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower really good. Breakfast was generous and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Our host booked us into a great restaurant for dinner on the night of our arrival. I don't think I could fault the place at all.

The accommodation was great. Just be aware that parking could be a challenge. We left the car in the nearby car park down the hill but if you have mobility issues this could be awkward.

The whole family gave us a wonderfull time in Grottamare, thank you! Breakfast is incredible, all home made and so nice, the best we got in whole of Italy, we won't forget!

The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom very modern! Breakfast was really tasty including freshly baked cakes. Our host was super friendly and also gave a lot of advice about the local area. All in all, more than great value for money! We'll be back for sure :D

The hosts were adorable and, despite our dreadful Italian, made every effort to communicate in a very welcoming and friendly way. The B&B is extremely tastefully furnished and has great attention to detail. Our room with a view over the town and sea below was very impressive. Lovely breakfast. Possibly the nicest place we've stayed in for the price!
