Nice old house just next to the water, easy parking close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good

We did not like the polyester sheets, not comfortable and warm to sleep with.

The entire experience from the moment that you arrived, made you feel exceptionally welcomed and informed about your stay at the property. The Staff were and are exceptional!

The location at the water front is amazing. The outside lounge is a cozy place to sit and enjoy a glas of wine.

We had a smelly room with lots of sewer flies - hard to tell where they came from but it made the stay a lot less amazing. The room window could be opened only 5cm...hard to get fresh air in. Additionally, there was no guest information whatsoever on the room (AC control, window operation, central heating,...) but just a QR code to get access to this information - a piece of paper could have helped a lot of older people, even in the 21st century. Overall, the staff said that they were sorry but offered no compensation of any kind... we might not come back.

Excellent location and easy access by train / bus from Kristianstad. The breakfast and dinner were really good.

I noticed that the bathroom had hair of previous guests on the wall, probably that had remained during the cleaning process.
