I had made 50% payment while booking, and received confirmation mail of payment received by treebo On reaching the hotel on 22nd May 23 they said they have not received updates of 50% payment done by me, even after showing the payment received confirmation from booking .com they were not ready to find out with treebo partners and help me , very bluntly said you check out Again on 23rd evenings at 10.00 pm when I returned from conference when I argued, hotel sent a mail to treebo , then treebo called at 11.30 pm and I sent them payment confirmation mail and my credit card statement showing the deduction 24th May morning checkout time No confirmation , I kept my bag at reception and proceeded to the conference When I returned at evening 7.00 there was NO confirmation Subsequently after argument and frustration at 7.15 they confirmed of receiving the payment and I checked out delaying The worst part hotel team not even ready to contact partner team and helping, they bluntly said you check out

Clean and Nice Room. Good staff behaviour. All the facilities were available.

staff was good. Mr Rohit was good. Breakfast was good and fresh .

It was an AC room 1. Since room windows were little bit open and could not be closed , so even after 18 degrees setting in AC , the room was hot and noisy. 2. Since bathroom window does not have a glass window which can be opened and completely closed , so there was a lot of noise and it feels like you are sleeping on the middle of the road.
