It was a bit cold in a room, no heating. And pillows were very thin.

No option to change tele to English

good location, rooms are clean and comfortable

Une Bonne hotel

Initially assigned a room at front of hotel, which was noisy, but receptionist changed this on request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Beds comfortable, surprisingly good breakfast for 10 Euros each. Overall value for money. English spoken, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Booking.com website advised that private parking was available but could not be booked. B&B Hotels website advised that 11 spaces private parking were available, no mention of requirement to book. On arrival we were advised that all spaces were taken and that we should have reserved a space. So clearly a disconnect somewhere! Parking is available in a public carpark opposite, for 28 Euros. (14 euros until midnight and another 14 Euros for next day....)

Poor Air Conditioning device and very congested/small family room for 4 of us...couldn't able to breath...it's like dungeon.

great location everything is walkable, comfortable bed and a good shower.

my room was not cleaned during my stay and the keypad entry stopped working twice.

Good location within walking distance of the main station and city centre. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable. Fine for a short city stay

The Hotel was so near to Bahnhof.

We enjoyed the location of hotel it was easy to walk to the Christmas Market. The tree in the lobby was beautiful as well.

All was good except service from receptionist. The lady at reception was very cold and unprofessional. As we approached her desk she saw us but kept looking at her screen as if very busy with something which we respected and gave her time to finish however it seemed what she was watching or attending to on the computer was taking long she did not acknowledge us until I greeted her. There was no smile in welcome from her facial expression. She simply asked for our reference punched it in and silently gave us back a card with our code and room number. Unknown to her I have 15 years experience in hospitality and have worked for BnB Hote in Laval, France so I knew what was in the card and did not need any instructions but as she gave the card I smiled at her and asked what her name was and she was very surprised but told us her name then I bid her a good evening and went to find our way to our room without any help with direction or even an attempt to upsell to us even breakfast. It was a very cold way to be received and would never want to go back to this hotel. I'd understand if she was under pressure due to many customers but we were the only ones.

It looked exactly like the pics, clean, staff were friendly, not far to walk to shops. Would 100% use again.
