Great hotel if you are flying out of Hamburg as it is 5 min from the airport and they have a shuttle service every 30 min. You beside can leave your car in the hotel parking when away and at half the price of airport parking. The hotel is very nice with a roof top bar with a view to the airport runway and beside they have a nice restaurant with good food and fair prices.

Tolle Unterkunft; mit einem super Saunaaufenthalt. Toller Ausblick. Ein schöner Abend mit einer ruhiger Erholung.

Mehr Geräte für den Sportbereich würde ich mir wünschen.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut ! Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, Flugzeuge hört man nur minimal ! Innenstadt mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar

Dusche läuft leider aus, so dass nach 2 Personen der Vorleger komplett nass ist !

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Anständige Matratzen. Ruhig; von startenden und landenden Flugzeugen nichts zu hören. Preis/Leistung absolut i. O. Cocktails an der Bar gut gemixt, hochpreisig aber ihren Preis (inkl. Ausblick) wert.

Der junge Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hat sich viel Mühe gegeben!

Ein Hotel ohne Fenster ist eine Zumutung!… es gibt keine Hinweise, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt, indem man nie ein Fenster öffnen kann!! Hätten sowas nie gebucht!! Die Luft im Zimmer war extrem stickig,und total verbraucht!!

Sehr sauberes, modernes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Von Fluglärm hört man kaum was. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker mit einer guten Auswahl.

Rooftop-Bar war nur für geschlossene Gesellschaft mit Partymusik bis in die Nacht.

The size of the room is excellent, so are its conveniences, very modern, good bed, good pillows. size of bathroom. Front desk very friendly and expedite. Best of all and never experienced, I had to leave for the airport 03:45, they had a breakfast box ready for me, coffee, apples and water. Fantastic, no stress to find something to eat at the airport. Fantastic place if you need to get quickly to airport at off hours. Cannot comment from a Tourist point of view, as this was not the purpose of my trip

there isn't really anything I didn't like. only recommendation, in booking it sounds like the Hotel is in walking distance of the airport entrance, be more precise and mention that it is a 10 min taxi drive away. Again this is not a real issue.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was really clean in all areas. In my departure day the staff was really nice and serviceable. The Shuttle Bus was on time.

The room was really hot and the A/C wasn't working properly. The Shuttle Bus never picked me up from the Airport even I was calling multiple times the hotel, but not response from them. When I finally paid a taxi to take me to the hotel, on my arrival the female at the reception desk was really rude and unprofessional. I requested to talk to a Supervisor that never showed up.

Rooms are acceptable but the restaurant is in another building. It has a convenient location if you need the airport.

Staff looks like completely burn-out. They are like robots, specially at the reception desk, they did not feel you really welcome (like better stay in another hotel). I've had to ask to all the questions not proactive like in the most of the hotels.

Air conditioning was not functioning or too complicated and no window to open.

I like the modern style interior. Very classy and clean.Love the sense of modern era

The toilette seat was somehow with issues and the bathroom area do have less toiletteries kits that i Expect. I would advice to check that area

not enough staff. try to call 10x about shuttle and had to take taxi. person at reception was stressing and could not pick up calls

Close to the highway. The restaurant was amazing. Nice food and friendly staff. The room was clean and beds ok. Great to have this small kitchen and refrigerator.

The hotel was quiet, but given the airport is so close to the hotel, some noise from planes must be expected
