- property is listed as with parking and that is not correct. Only on street parking (max 4:30 during day) and parking in a garage close by is available. - heating didn’t work on fourth floor - WiFi not working on fourth floor. Not a problem for me as GSM was sufficient.

after I had requested the access code and address of the building at least 1 week before my arrival, to let me be sure of having access to the property, I received the data just the morning of the stay, a few hours before the check-in. Not even the day before my stay. This fact created uncertainty about having the flat available and at my disposal. In such a way, there is no possibility to organize themselves. Of course, despite contacting booking and explaining the situation, I have been requested by the property to pay the full rate, without staying not even one hour in the flat, since the property did not agree to reduce at least 50% the penalty. well done!

Very clean, big room, nice central location, convenient self check-in, everything was absolutely fine! Would surely go back!

Good location , clean, reasonable price

Very poor communications, we have not received entrance codes before contacting booking help line . After plenty of texts and phone calls we were not able to get any answers from the property . According to the confirmation text codes supposed to arrive few days prior to our stay , but they were texted only at 13:20 while we were on the phone to the booking.com Poor quality pillows , but comfortable mattress.

Perfect location to access any other places. Very quiet and safe location. Lots of restaurants and markets around. Easy to access to the property. No key needed but using provided access code to enter to the building.

Wifi internet connection was not working as stated. It was disconnecting and re-connecting without internet connection. Despite informing the problem nothing has changed. Previous guest perfume smell was still on the bed sheets. Not much cleaned as expected. One of the roof window was broken and taped to fix it. Very steep staircases may be problematic for disabilities or old guests.

This is new clean apart. Comfort bed, new furniture and bathroom.

The host can’t response fast, I’d wait about 3-4 hours from question to answer. We had a room on ground floor, from where every knock and kick on the front door and the street was heard.

Cozy apartment close to EU institutions and easy access to the city center by metro. Well equipped and clean.
