Clean and modern studio style accommodation in the best possible location with easy adjacent parking

Good location, beautiful view, apartment was very comfortable, clean and well supplied with all the necessity u need,only the bathroom a little small but nice. The host was very kind.

Very small bathroom

Although there was no hot water throughout most of the day, and the owners of this place are really rude, the apartment itself was nice and clean and at a fine location. Nea Moudania is a beautiful place, it is worth a visit, and with the right accommodation it is a good place to spend a vacation.

There was no hot water on this property throughout most of the day. During our stay, there was no hot (or even warm) water in the evening hours after 8 PM, and in the mornings almost until 1 PM. Upon our request to the owner to solve this issue, we were ignored and insulted, accused of not telling the truth, with a piece of advice from the owners "to go and find another place", because we were not satisfied with having no hot water to take a shower. Having hot water 24/7 is a basic necessity in the 21 century, and a place that calls itself "luxury" should be aware of it. We decided to stay despite this issue, because we were on the last days of our vacation in Greece and didn't have the time to reschedule and search for another place to stay. After insulting us because of our request to fix the issue of hot water, the owner completely ignored us, which is another thing that proves a complete lack of professionalism. If you carefully read other reviews of this place, you can see that not having hot water is a recurring issue. We were speaking with another guest, and the cleaning lady at the place about this problem, who confirmed this issue, and upon mentioning that to the owners we were accused of disturbing the other guests and "yelling"?! Nothing is disturbing in speaking with other people at the property. All in all, we cannot recommend this accommodation, the unprofessionalism of the owners nullifies all other values ​​of this place.

The best thing was the location. It’s near to the beach, tavernas and markets and it does have a nice sea view. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.

The room was smaller than I was expecting and in my opinion too small to call it “luxury”. For a family with a kid is not so comfortable.

Very clean place, room was cleaned evey day, private parking, next to the beach, close to shops, premium equipment, comfortable beds, front sea view, friendly staff.

There was not a hot water almost the whole time during our stay. At evening you have to take shower with cold water, which is big inconvenience when you are traveling with small kids. Everything else was above expected regarding the apartments.

First of all I would like to mention that the studio is very well equipped - there is a small kitchen, a big bed and a large sofa. There is also a big balcony with sea view. Although we were on the ground floor, the see could be seen. The staff is cleaning every day your studio and changing every 3 days sheets and towels. The studio is on the second row from the beach. In front of it there is a beach bar - Siesta beach bar. I could recommend the Katrin studios to young couples, because it could be very noisy. We were for 6 nights and each night there is something - loud neighbors, parties, construction works, fireworks, etc. We were with a small child and definitely there isn't enough space for all of us (2 adults and 1 kid almost 1 year old). From the parking, which we really like, because there is defined spot for each studio, there are many stairs and it's a challenge for suitcases, baby stroller and etc.

What we really don't like is the corridor that connects the entrance of each studio. It's really tiny, the window of each bathroom is there and the external bodies of the air conditioners. During the day it's really hot there, even you cannot breathe. We are not happy from the attitude of the owners too. They told us that our studio will be Zeus, but when we came they informed us that we will be at Dionysos studio. The first studio is on the second floor and definitely you will have a better sea view, ours was on the ground floor. For us it didn't matter. But this change wasn't the only issue with the owners. We arrived at around 12p.m. and are calling them more than 30mins without answer. At around 1p.m. they wrote me that we could come after 2 p.m., . We came to the studio at around 2:10 p.m. The floor was wet and you couldn't enter inside, the girls, who cleaned the room, told us that they cannot assemble the baby cot and let us to do it by ourselves. They forgot the mattress and the sheets for the baby cot too. For each we called the owners and maybe we distributed the owners, because the lady was not nice at all. Later on the same day, around 8:30 p.m. we wanted to wash the baby, but there was no hot water( we were waiting it more than 20mins) . And again we decided to call the owners to ask if there is a general issue. The lady called her husband and he came very quickly, knocked on the door and instead of "welcome, how are you", he started blaming us that we distributed his wife with many requests. Firstly we was shocked and frustrated from such an attitude. Each summer we are on holiday in Greece and met such nice people and staff. He told us that we should wait the hot water, because everybody came back from the beach and took a shower. This means to us that there is not enough hot water. He told us that as their guest we have a discount on the diamond beach bar. On the next day we went there.

With the exception of Aspirator in the kitchen (it not work properly) and the pillows (were crowded - too high), -however we had a wonderful stay at Katrin Luxury Studios, the hosts were very kind, communication in English and Macedonian language was excellent, the apartment was new and great, we warmly recommend it to anyone who decides to stay in Nea Moudania

We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no mosquito net on the balcony door, which didn't allow us to leave it open when we were in the room.
