Airco in more rooms of the Villa did not work, we had no hot water foe two days; Dinner closes at 21:00 even in the a la cart restaurant, food in main restaurant is very bad quality, portions in the a la cart restaurant extremely small (100g a dish of pasta, main course), even the kids had to order few portions to have enough food. despite staying in the most expensive room on All inclusive, we

The food was superb. The playground was nice but lacked any shade.

The cleanliness in the villa could have been at a higher level. A large part of the staff didn't understand or speak Bulgarian. The toilets at the pool were dirty, there were no consumables. There were renovation works in the complex, which creates discomfort.

The villas is amazing and the private pool also!

Good hotel for families with kid’s. Not such perfect for adults. Crew very low helpful. I left some items in the room after check out. Despite few calls and 4! wrote emails, no answer!

No Covid measures. Staff not friendly, whatever you asking they are not providing solution.

The monitoring of the private beach and private swimming pools was not very good, as were penetrating persons of outside, which created sometimes a discomfort. The quality of the food was better than my last visit. The room was better cleaned.

The houses are very cold in the winter time. The bathroom are not very well supply with hot water. Only hot water boiler which is finish quickly. We was 4 people. This is not enough hot water for all of us.
