Went for golf trip with 3 friends. Weather was great, Condo was very nice and well stocked. Great location. 2 block walk to beach; 20 minute walk to pier and many bars/restaurants. Lorraine was great to work with

Stayed here to be away from the noise of Myrtle Beach. Get to just relax and walk 1 block to the beach. Comfy 3 bedroom with 2 baths was perfect for our group. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony as we started the day. Great place to chill.

A wonderful location and experience with our family! Would for sure come again. A short walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood with great access to everything!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Our hostess was very gracious and welcoming and very responsive to questions. It was the perfect home base for a relaxing trip to spend time with family who live in the area and to visit some of the amazing sites in the area. We're looking forward to a return trip.

The unit was very nice. The updated master bedroom and bathroom were done beautifully. The outside deck area was spacious. The location is great! Short and easy walk to the beach. Also less than a mile to some nice local eateries.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the ocean. We were close to the pier, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping. I highly recommend this property for families, or people seeking a quiet vacation.

The condo was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The storage closet located on the ground floor was very useful for all of our beach accessories. the owner was very open to questions and offered helpful hints to make our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

This condo was beautiful and just as described. Fully furnished, kitchen well stocked with items needed for everyday cooking and needs. Pool is a good size and clean. Walking distance from beach, restaurants, and parks.

Lorraine's condo is awesome. The house looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked - all you need to bring is your own food. The neighborhood was very nice and surprisingly quiet for all of the people staying in the area. You will feel safe here. Lorraine was extremely quick to respond to an issue we had. Check in was quick and easy. The water in the pool was very warm. I would not hesitate to stay here again and neither should you! Thank you for a great stay!

Lorraine has done a great job of updating her place. We had friends staying in another unit and even they said the place was very nice. The steps were a bit challenging, but it makes the balcony a great place to be for morning coffee.

Great beach getaway condo with everything you could need in your home readily available! Short walk to the beach, pool, great location just off main roads / ocean. This unit is on the third floor so be prepared for stairs, no elevator, but other than that this was a great place for our last family vacation of the summer! Everything was neat, clean, welcoming, and gave beachhouse type vibes!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach, Surfside is a nice beach town. The owner was great and promptly answered a few questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this unit again. It was perfect for 4 adults. The unit had lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony after a day at the beach. I would recommend this unit if you’d like a nice place and a place close to the beach.

This condo was the perfect size for our two families to vacation together. The open layout between the kitchen, diningroom and living room made it easy to play games and spend quality time together. The condo was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare easy meals, except the groceries. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the local arcade, putt putt and restaurants. The owner gave clear instructions and was easy to reach. Thank you!!

Good layout and quiet. Nice deck off the back. It worked well for the 6 of us (4 adults & 2 kids). It is a top floor unit and the building has no elevator, so there are 3 floors of stairs to climb. The condo also doesn’t provide and pool or beach toys.

you can drink coffee on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Its only a 2 min walk to get to the beach.

This place is exactly what we needed. The host was super responsive and easy to contact. The unit is so well equipped that we were blown away. The little things like having garbage bags provided (and more), make travelling so easy. I have stayed in other places and we have never had the things included that this host has included. Everything is exactly as described. If you read the description it is exactly what you get. The walk up to the third floor is not an issue. Everyplace there is a walkup!! I wish every host was as easy to contact and responsive as Lorraine. I would highly recommend this place. Location was even closer to the beach than we expected!

This is a nice, older condo in Surfside. The host was VERY accommodating and very communicative every time I contacted her. Everything worked as advertised in the listing and it was great to wake up in the morning and hear nothing but the ocean... well, there were a few birds that woke up very early too. Nice and quiet, relaxing, and it costs about half as much as a condo two blocks closer to the beach. There is not elevator, but who could expect the owner to add one? You'll have to suck it up and use the stairs. Not the end of the world. Looking forward to coming back to this place in a future visit. Thanks Lorraine!

Plenty of space (except for the kitchen which is a bit small), well furnished though some features a bit dated, great view of neighborhood from 3rd floor balcony. Very easy walk to beach, easy drive to many places along Business 17. Renters should know they are expected to wash linens (or bring their own) prior to departure. Overall a great place to go.

The photos of the condo look nice and it is pretty. However, we were disappointed when we arrived. First off, the condo is on the third floor with no elevator available. Two of my family members were in their late 70s and they found it difficult to access, especially with any luggage or groceries. Secondly, the door knob fell off in our hands, which could happen easy enough but there was a note by a previous guest in 2019 informing the owner of this. Third were the beds in the unit that we had to hunt down the sheets for to put on the beds. The unit was clean at the initial look but when I woke Thanksgiving morning with a horrible headache I wasn’t sure why. Then I looked at the vents in the condo and noticed black mold around the vent. This too was noted by a previous guest in 2019. Suggestions, advertise the fact there are no elevators, fix the door knob, hire someone to clean the mold from your hvac unit and inspect condos before guests arrive to make sure it’s ready for their stay (sheets on the beds).

The property was clean. The beach is just a block away. Not a bad walk. The beds are pretty firm. It was nice to have the ability to do laundry.
