Fabulous place - as clean and tidy as you could hope for. Comfortable bed, clever decor (du Maurier themed rooms!), fluffy towels, nice choice of hot drinks and snacks available in the dining room. Good breakfast choices, fresh coffee. Pleasant communal dining/sitting room. All made extra welcoming by such friendly hosts, Michaela and Ben, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Walking into Fowey was easy, coming back up the hill more difficult!

The location was very good, a short walk to the harbour. Access and parking were excellent. The owners were very friendly and we appreciated the happy hour.

Everything! Ben and Michaela were amazing hosts, made us feel welcome, told us everything we needed to know about Fowey and surrounding areas. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast each day was outstanding! A home away from home, 10/10 deffo coming back again!

That we didnt stay long enough!

The location was quiet and not far from the centre but the walk down and up was very steep for anyone not very fit. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely and very well appointed and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Michaela and Ben were wonderful hosts who made us feel at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond what we expected. The ensuite room was extremely comfortable and even came with countryside views.

The location was very good being a short walk into Fowey and easy for parking. The hosts were excellent and dealt with any minor issues immediately. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and there were plenty of good places to eat in Fowey in the evenings.

A couple of days of rain but nothing else to complain about

We were welcomed with drinks, shown to a beautiful and comfortable room and enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Our hosts Michaela and Ben were warm and generous and accommodated our every need. Attention to detail is superior and the environment at Wellingtons is exactly what the perfect B&B exemplifies. There is a walk up from the harbour which is a good way to let dinner settle.

The hosts are fantastic, extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating. There is a big space to relax downstairs if you want to, but the rooms are generously sized with seating areas, very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous, good coffee and great scrambled eggs made by Michaela.

Ideal location for walking into Fowey. Ample parking outside. The room was very comfortable and very clean. It was ideal as we did not have great weather during our stay, so we spent longer in the room than we normally would. Michaela was a great host as she helped us suggesting bad weather locations to visit, making our stay more enjoyable. She prepared a lovely breakfast and we were spoiled for choice. Ideal. She was very friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic stay we had at Wellingtons! Ben and Michaela were the most fantastic hosts - a great couple who were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. We even got to meet their 4 gorgeous dogs! We felt so welcome for the whole of our stay. The continental breakfast was glorious - lots of choice and all very high quality and prepared with care. We started every day with percolated coffee, fresh fruit and warm pastries! Everything is immaculately clean and decorated really well. The bedroom was very spacious even with the three of us staying in the room, the beds were so comfortable and the shower was very powerful. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into every aspect of this B&B, from the books available to borrow, the selection of drinks in the bedroom, board games available in the lounge for rainy days, the themed bedrooms and even the music choices in the really lovely communal area. We only stayed for a long weekend for a wedding but can’t wait to visit both Wellingtons and Fowey again! Thank you :-)
