Excellent facilities and location, very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a Cornish getaway

The location and cleanliness was great, the balcony terrace overlooking the estuary was amazing albeit overlooked by upper apartment.

This had been mentioned in a previous message we noticed, the upper floor bedroom floorboards are very squeaky and woke us up every morning by the dwellers above at about 6am, I suggest the owners address this as a matter of urgency, wasn’t happy!

Amazing location, huge decked area overlooking the estuary. Square Rig is close to the town centre and also to Caffa Mill carpark.

Our only slight issue was the noise from the people above across the very creaky floor and the scraping of their chairs across their balcony.

* Personable and accommodating 'hosts' - arrived a little early but they let us in * Beautiful views - the river view is fantastic and so peaceful * Great location, close to the convenience store and a few pubs and restaurants. * Very clean apartment - it was well tended to and the dishes and cutlery were clean (often overlooked.) * Very well stocked, just enough and not cluttered * Lovely interiors * Comfortable bed

* Games room very tired: would have been better not to offer that at all, table tennis balls smashed, darts broken. If offered, why not give each appartment a few table tennis balls, darts, and a fusball, or at least check up on it. * Door from games room to apartment was a little unnerving for security reasons, but it seems to be a firedoor. * Bit noisy due to lack of soundproofing, we were fortunate in having considerate neighbours upstairs, although this could be an issue in Summer when the swarm arrive. * Late check in time, was 5pm and check out was 9am. 3pm to 10pm would be far more accommodating.
