The staff member was polite, and we were checked in very quickly and easily. We didn't look much at the pictures before going to the room as this stay was very last minute, this was better than expected and was very clean, loved the decor! The bed was really big, perfect stay for a couple. We also had food here previously when we stayed elsewhere, and I remember this being lovely.

We went for breakfast Sunday morning, and we realised they don't do breakfast as this was shut. There does not seem to be much in the area, so both days we have drove an hour to Windamere.

it’s a modern room, and the bar downstairs is lovely. I like that you don’t have to walk past reception or through the restaurant to leave the hotel room.

the bathroom smelt real bad of poo as I entered. nor did the smell leave. the phone for room service did not work. I had trouble finding the tea coffee and sugar as it’s hidden in pots while other condiments on the side. the bed is so uncomfortable, 1 pillow is not enough while 2 is a mountain. the beds are also very small for 2 people. I don’t feel the cleanliness is up to standard. I actually left at 3 In the morning due to being unable to sleep.

it was very modern . Staff were lovely. Our dog was welcomed . loved the small area in our room where we could make a drink or even eat

there were 3 flights of stairs to our room but it didn’t stop us

Room was so beautiful restaurant looked incredible insta worthy pictures can be taken. Can't wait to come back
