Staff well v. polite, well dressed and professional, Kind, happy and v.helpful. The room had a great view, nice size - good facilities, warm and clean. overall hotel was great value for money and exceeded our exceptions, we used some of the facilities such has the massage and thought it was great, and great value for money!. Would highly recommend

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, we were complimentary upgraded upon arrival to the Princess Suite and it is the most beautiful room I have seen or stayed in in the UK I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and facilities. We look forward to coming back when we are next in the UK

excellent value for money, very smart, modern room and excellent breakfast with beautiful surroundings I inadvertently left my new iPad charger there, which the cleaner had found and after contacting reception was posted out to my home address, what marvellous service.

The utterly rubbish hairdryer! honestly it was tiny, noisy and hopeless. I don’t understand why hotels aiming for a premium finish persistently use dreadful hairdryers. oh and I’d prefer Yorkshire Tea!

The whole experience was amazing. From the beautiful hotel to the amazing grounds. The Christmas decorations in the grounds and hotel where fantastic bringing that festive feel. The rooms where exceptional as was the food. Staff where fantastic highly recommend Abbey House Hotel.
