This hotel is really graat! Very few things to complain about (see below). The bed was fantastic! Big sized that could easily fit 2 adults and a child, and most importabtly, actually SOFT which is very rare in Thailand outside 5 star hotels. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were with the bed. Room layput was a bit weird with the basin in the middle of the room but it worked fine. Room is spacious and the water temperature in the shower is easy to regulate which is otherwise a common problem in Thailand. The first day the water pressure of the shower was weak, but that seemed to have fixed itself the next days. The restaurants on ground and top floor both have the same menu, with a wide selection of food at affordable price. It seemed to be oriented towards korean food but it had many other choices as well, including western food. A free drink per adult at the sky bar (alcohol free) is included, which was nice. The rooftop pool was great and there is a bar as well that you can buy drinks from while enjoying the view. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown with regular departures (every 30 min or so). The room had a big whale as a soft toy that our kid really fell in loft with, and accurate for the theme of the hotel (the whale theme shows in many ways). They sell both the whale and their soft bed matresses in the lobby. Two days we borrowed some pool towels for our beach trip and there was no problem - just ask in the reception. Upon check out one lady from the lobby was nice and helped to bring our luggage to the car. She was the only staff that really showed a service mindness. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely return. The bed was the highlight of our stay, but the soft whale tpy was a very nice touch too for our 9 yesr old boy.

The only thing to complain about was the attitude of most of the staff. It was not bad, but they just seemed uninterested in their job. No smiles or that extra little bit of service mindedness. Both me and my girlfriend nlticed this, as well as a visitor to us who csme by, npticed this indepedently of each other. The hotel also seems slightly understaffed which showed when ordering food in either of the restaurants. On the ground floor, were we close to the only guests and the waiter would do garden work in between serving us. Next evening we ate at the rooftop restaurand and there were some more guests beside us, but only one staff to serve as both the bartender and waiter. After lrdering our food by the pool we wanted to order drinks but the staff was busy bartending 10 meters away out of our view. After waiting a long time I had to walk over to the bar to order our drinks. He did call for help and another lady from the staff came up but it did not seem to help.

Nice room, lots of space, hottup in room. Good food, and Nice and helpfull personale.

Big Road lots of traffic.

Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte till när det behövdes. Väldigt nöjd. Bra mat och goda drinkar.

Hade önskat tvål i rummet.

Es war ein grosses Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen grossen Bett👍 das Personal war sehr freundlichen👍das hotel ist ein bißchen ausserhalb daher ist es ruhig

An manchen Stellen außerhalb der Dusche fiel der Verputz ab den Wänden weil Wasser eindrang. Das Zimmer könnte ein bißchen neue Farbe vertragen

Месторасположение и доступ к цивилизации, хотя… ребята стараются-каждые два часа организован трансфер в город и на пляж.
