Lobby ist ganz luxuriös und schön ausgestatted. Es gibt einen Pool eine Hamam und ein Sauna, den man als Gast kostenlos benutzen kann. Der Frühstück war sehr authentisch und schön.

Die Zimmer sind alt und sie sind nicht die neuesten. Es gibt kein Ort fürs Rauchen, deswegen rauchen die Gäste in ihren Zimmern. Deswegen stinken die Zimmer. Es gibt keine normalen Fenster um zu lüften.

Das Hotel hat von mir das Geld für neue Bettwäsche genommen weil es blutgefleckt war die durch eine Krankheit entstanden ist

Staff is always nice and helpfull!!

Staff were all very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didn't get an opportunity to use spa and pool. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice. Great location for visiting many of Ankara's tourist attractions. We had a great view from our 6 floor room situated at the back of the hotel.

Air conditioning was leaking a bit when in use. Other reviews have suggested they suffered with noise. We didn't find this with our room.

the suit was grate with wi fi which helped me a lot to enjoy using my favorite tv channels

The room stank of cigarette smoke, it was everywhere. Very noisy from the street and other rooms. Requires some maintenance.

I don't like the way they talk with guests and they don't care about cleaning any things and the hot water was dirty and deman to check out before one day the didn't care and let and they didn't give me cash for one day and i request form app and they didn't answer i hope you delete them from your database and its shame on turkey has hotel like that
