the location is fine the staff was very helpful the

rooms are little small for families

Expected a better jacuzzi than a tub with the hoses.

This is the worst place to stay, starting from the staff trying to charge more than the booking fee, along with very rude and unprofessional behaviour of forcing us to move twice to different rooms in 2 days despite asking for help with this because of having 2 patients.

Some repair should be applied

The best breakfast we have ever had. The staff were very attentive even though no one spoke English. We all had a good laugh when we offered $200 in Australian Dollars and they thought we had printed them on a photo copier but they only had a black and white printer themselves. Finger pointing and gestures very funny.

The room stank of cigarette smoke and uncleared sink and spa outlets so we had to have the heater turned off and open the balcony door 24/7 to keep the smell manageable. The cleaning trolley and cleaning products outside our door the whole visit. Room door had to be opened by a hit from my shoulder as the lock was badly fitted.No lights anywhere as they are movement activated so when you exit your room you are in complete darkness. Waiting for the lift on the 4th floor means you have to keep walking around to keep the lights on. The doona or bedcover was just the size of the bed with no overlap which means that we kept pulling the covers off each other all night. WIFI very intermittent. No menus in the restaurant. You have to log on to their website which does not have pictures essential when you are a visitor and do not understand the language.
