We were happy to stay in this condo for a girls weekend. It was complete with blender, spices saran wrap and all the other little things you need to feel at home. We enjoy the coffee and snacks and beach chairs. The condo was also well decorated and the view was phenomenal. The location was close enough to restaurants and Flager Ave that we just walked everywhere! We would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom needs attention to detail. No washer dryer in the condo but in the building. Coffee pot was covered in mold in the water container. Some of the dishes had been put away dirty.

There was a beautiful view and it was peaceful. Friendly staff and helpful. I definitely will be back and would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Comfortable bed with a lot of blankets and pillows. We didn't cook but there was everything you'd need if you chose to. Easy walk to Flagler Ave. and beach access.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Flagler Ave and right on the beach. My only complaint is the property wasn’t very clean upon arrival…it didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed at all, there was hair and sand all over the floor and hair in the bathroom sink. Luckily there was a small vacuum in the utility closet so I was able to do a quick cleanup, but as a paying customer I didn’t think this was appropriate. However I am still leaving a 4-star review because you truly can’t beat this location and we would stay here again.

We had a great time at coconut palms. Our place was beautiful and clean. Walking distance to Flagler. So convenient!We loved the whole experience! The building itself needs to fix the elevator as it was not working properly during our entire stay. Also, it would be nice if second pool was heated! All in all a great vacation!!

Great location Newly renovated. Very nice! There is some construction going on in the lobby area but doesn’t affect the condo.

The unit is nicely decorated, super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and downtown NSB. The building is being refurbished with a very attractive decor. We intend to return again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Coconut Palms II . The host was great and was prompt on answering questions we had. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated. Our host even had some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Very close to FlagglerAve… just a 5 minute walk where you’ll find lots of shops and pubs. I would definitely recommend and would love to return here again!

This property is well kept. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The condo has everything you need. The view from the condo is spectacular. Two beautiful working pools on the premises. Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was a little piece of paradise for us. There was some construction as the property is being updated but it did not interfere with our stay in any way. The location was wonderful, our view was amazing and the amenities of the condo were great!

We had a great two week stay at the condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location!

Beach

We were in town for a long weekend and this condo was perfect for us! Less than a ten minute walk to the popular Flagler Ave. It was great not to have to use a car! Condo is small but was exactly as advertised! Would stay again.

I get it never a convenient time. But while I was there, they were painting the hallways and recarpeting at the time of checking out was difficult because I couldn’t take a cart. Might wanna let management know during checkout hours The unit was cute. Everything else was great.

Great ocean views. Very well stocked. Unfortunately it rained for 3 days with high winds. Easy ocean/beach access, Some reno work ongoing in the building - not an issue. 2 pools one closed for repairs. Not far from the old Town area. Owners strict on the check in time.

The entire building was under full renovation and I was the only guest in the building. Very noisy, security was not evident since the floor I was had every door open and constructions workers constantly coming and going. I was never told of the construction by host or at times there would only be one elevator which was being used by workers and held at floors. When I called and complained I was told not it was her problem and that the floor I was on and the 6th which is the next floor up would both be opened up for use in 2-3 weeks with the lower ones following that. Yes the floor I was on was closed as was the rest of the resort. None of the resort amenities were available except one shared pool with resort next door. The throw rugs are so nasty and matted down your feet stick to them, I bought a skillet to use because the ones provided were scratched beyond use, the water pressure in shower is non-existence so rinse off good in the motel before you get there it won't happen again until you head home. I've seen places mentioned as being under renovation in the past and they not only informed possible renters of the construction but they also rented at a discount, unfortunately this host's only concern is taking your money and does not care how they get it..

I've stayed in this condo in the past (it's our favorite one at Coconut Palms) and this visit was awesome, as always! The construction was not a problem, noise was minimal and we were able to relax inside and enjoy the pool and cabanas without crowds due to the majority of the resort still being renovated. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony, perfect for beach watching! The condo had anything you might need, including kitchen items for cooking meals, a full length mirror (important for us girls!), beach towels, an umbrella & chairs, even a cooler. Tricia was quick to respond to any questions and was great to work with. We are already counting the days until next year! :)

We really enjoyed the property. Ocean front view was very relaxing and location to Flagler Ave. Was perfect. A couple of things that need attention are the door is not locking smoothly and the A/C unit is kind of loud when it kicks in. The remodeling in the condo was kind of an eye sore, but it wasn’t a distraction and expected.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Trisha's Condo. They balcony view is simply PERFECT. Nice large balcony with tall barstool type of chairs to see over the rails and the view of the beach and ocean. Very close to Flagler Ave. in which we walked to breakfast daily. We had an incredible dinner at The Garlic which is a must when in New Smyrna Beach. The bed was very compfy. The kitchen has everything you should need. The refrigerator is nice size and a great ice maker in the freezer area. We LOVED our stay will be back without a doubt.

The unit was very nice. However we were disappointed that the reno was not fully disclosed. Found a few weeks prior that only one elevator worked and one pool was open. Also was looking for the tiki bar and activities, which were also not available. Our balcony view was occasionally interrupted with a telescopic boom lift for the painters. Our first time on the floor we greeted by 33 fans and dehumidifiers. Oh, and the working elevator stopped on the 5th day. Five floors of stairs for going to the pool, beach or dinner!

When i looked at the reviews on here, i was slightly concerned about everyone talking about no hot water, well, there must be a new hot water heater, because it was super hot as soon as you turned on the shower and lasted through 2 very long showers every day! Also, the bathroom sink drains just fine.the air-conditioning worked great the whole time and kept it at comfortable 72 degrees just as we wanted it. The amount of extras included were way above our expectations. We even cooked in the crock pot and made amazing margaritas in the full size blender! Beach chairs, towels, boogy boards to play in the waves and even a rolling cooler are in the bedroom closet, as is a 6 drawer dresser that you can't see in the pictures. Full size appliances made it so convenient. Plush towels for the bathroom and the beach. Going out to the balcony from the living area OR the bedroom to sit at the breakfast high top table or in the lounging chairs was amazing for the sunrise. I am so glad we booked this room. What a great week! We plan to return next summer.

On 5th floor and no elevator in working condition. So noisy from construction and only one pool. Just wish we could of been made aware

Our stay was great, only huge problem was that the Coconut Palms building was closed for repairs. We were there for 7 days. we stayed on the 5th floor and the elevators didn't work, on the 6th day they finally got the elevators to work My wife and I are in our seventies those stairs were tough to manage. If we would have known ahead of time we would have cancelled our stay.

Under renovation . A complete mess no working elevator for entire visit . Building materials in hall ways and in front of stairs. Had to move to use stairs . One pool not in use . We stayed on fifth floor . Workers on our floor. We should have been informed before we got there .

Wonderful property, attentive host. The view is incredible. Highly recommend!!!

Love the condo and the view

The condo itself was lovely. Very clean and perfect for 2 people. The property is in need of renovation-which was occurring while we were there. Only 1 pool is currently open and there was construction going on in all of the other condos on the floor. We never heard anyone working except for 2 days of our 6 day visit. The only complaint was the hot water but we just let it run a long time and it came on. Overall we enjoyed our visit. I would stay here again.

We had a great time once again in NSB. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The views are spectacular, the pools are fanatastic, and we love Coconut Palms!

We have stayed in this unit several times now. Tricia, the VRBO host, is great. Very responsive, easy to work with. We had a minor plumbing problem and she had a plumber there within an hour and she was there checking on his progress. The location is fantastic - right on the beach and a few minutes walk to Flagler Avenue where all the restaurants, bars, and music venues are located. The building is currently being renovated after the double hurricane whammy last fall, but repairs are expected to be complete by Memorial Day. The cops really put the clamps on the high school spring breakers and kept the nonsense to a minimum. We are booked for 2024 and 2025.
