We feel so lucky to have chosen Upstairs Hotel for our vacation, it was like home! - The sweetest host ever! Mrs Arkania gave us very useful tips on how to make our travel experience unique in Tbilisi - The breakfasts are incredibly delicious! We fell in love with the traditional local cuisine - Our room was very clean, tidy, and well heated. - About the amazing panoramic view of the city, I guess the photos will tell a lot :) night sky, city lights, fireworks... just unforgettable We will never forget the warm, friendly greeting of dear Mrs Arkania, the lively chats at the breakfast hall, and the cosy atmosphere all around the place including the lovely orchard. This beautiful place has the soul of Georgia, strongly recommended!!!

Very friendly owner. You can easly comunicate in english and russian. The place is 20-30min walking uphil from Avlabari metro station. You can get there with public bus 576 from Avlabari, which stops 100m from the place - it costs 1 GEL/person. There is very nice view from tarace to whole Tbilisi. Breakfast's prepared by the owner are very good and varied.

Place is remote and thanks to that usualy quiet - unless the neighbors decide to start renovations at night or start to have argument on something in the middle of the night, or their children don't play football until midnight ... still it's quieter than in the center

The host is so great! She wants you to feel welcome and have a good time. The room with balcony and view over Tbilisi City was nice. The rooftop balcony is perfect to have a drink during the evening and look over the city.

It´s quite far from the centre. But with Bolt taxi you don´t lose much time, and it´s quiet during the night.

Balcony view is very beautiful. The host prepares different yummy breakfasts daily. Location is about 10 mins away from center and easily accessible by taxis (bolt)

Our Hostess Mrs. Manana was a marvel. We had a warm welcome. The place is very clean and tidy. A calm, quiet place for a perfect getaway. We were lucky to get a delicious breakfast everyday, which specially included traditional Georgian food. A small garden full of varieties of plants gave us the freshness we required. Wonderful view from balcony in the mornings & evenings would glue us there itself. It's a convenient location for the city attractions by walking distance. ( That's those who love to walk.) High Speed wi-fi provided. This will sure be our next stay too. Thanks Manana, love from Dubai

Absolutely magnificent owner. Thank You so much Manana! Do not look for other hotel in Tbilisi..this is a must stay place! Everything was superb. From arrival to check out. Cant see even a tiny reason to not rave about this place.

The breakfast is excellent! personally made by the most gracious and friendly host I've met, Manana. It felt like I was just at home with home cooked breakfast every day. And the view from balcony is just amazing. For the location, I liked that it is in a quiet part of town, not too busy but very accessible to transportation (Bolt and Yandex).

We had such a great time. Manana, the host, was very accomodating. She gave us free wine and food and assisted us in all ways possible. She also prepared an awesome new year's eve dinner for us. Checkout time is also very flexible. The room and toilet was also very clean. The view from the hostel's location is very nice. It is 5 minutes away from Avlabri station. Thank u so much Manana!
