Our sheet and pillowcases smells like it has been used by someone. It wasnt changed. The rooms smells bad when we went in. Smells like sweat. 😓

It was difficult to sleep with the noise from the bar downstairs and the mattress on the bed wasn't comfortable.

Location was good and having a bar downstairs was well located. Shower in room was good also.

The staff were rude to multiply different nationalities apon entry to the accommodation and seemed to have beef with outsiders even though that's probably their target demographic.

Thought it was a b & b as alternative to your cancellations of harbour lights clifden so expected b&b, but enjoyed its position in town, friendliness of host and the pub drinks of guiness

The facilities in room. No hot drink provision although that was sorted by second night, no drinking glasses , that was sorted first night. No bath mat, and two flights of stairs were steep but ok. The lack of food again was blamed for booking. .com not giving us comparable accommodation. We had to buy breakfast, obviously no receipts were kept but it was very disappointing.

I don't feel this accommodation is safe for a woman travelling alone.

WiFi tricky

Sean was great to work with..plus allot of fun.

I did not stay here!! When I arrived the room was not ready at 6pm. I heard the staff discussing my booking & using bad language saying they knew nothing about it & booking.com were useless. I asked about parking & the bar person had no advice for on street parking as she didn’t drive!! Same person advice on a place to eat, I walked up to same premises to find it was closed due to family bereavement!! I would definitely not recommend this place

The owner and staff were exceptionally kind. The Guinness was amazing, A real West of Ireland experience!!! Highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect The only thing I missed was coffee in room Apart from that I highly recommend
