Best house I’ve ever stayed in at Lake Tahoe! Living room with tall ceilings was perfect for entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen and grill to cook whatever your heart desires. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tahoe with a large group.

The home is beautiful and very roomy. That is the first thing you will notice. You won't have any problem stretching out and feeling at ease. The rooms are just as advertised and the beds are comfortable. The two master room bathrooms are vast and you feel pampered by the whirlpool tubs and large showers. The queen rooms are also spacious, perfect even for adult guests. There were a few screens missing on the windows and a couple of pieces of furniture that need a little TLC, but overall it wasn't a distraction from the experience. As is the case for so many homes in the area, you won't have any problem with parking. The garage is large and the driveway can accommodate multiple cars with ease. Your party can pile in and out of cars with no issue. One of the real draws is the backyard. There is a large deck adjacent to the lawn where you can relax, toss the sporty projectile object of your choosing around and feel like you don't even need to go anywhere to enjoy your vacation. In fact, one of the teenagers in our family said he could just stay in the house all day. Take that with a grain of salt as he is a teenager, but still - great times. The kitchen is huge and the front nook surrounded by ceiling-high windows is a beautiful area to enjoy your breakfast, read or just watch the cute bunnies outside. All in all you will not be sorry you stayed here!

Fire place was awesome and the kitchen was great.

Beds were low to the ground but very comfortable. Very accommodating for our 8 family members. Very easily parked 4 cars and easy access to 50. Location was very central. Would like more coffee mugs and more private window coverings in bathrooms. We always try to leave a home cleaner than we got it. It was easy to clean. Will try to rent it again for next year.

What a beautiful house and property. I have rented a number of homes in the Tahoe area over the years and this home is by far amongst the finest at its price point. The rental company came through and really made the trip worth every penny. We are definitely saving this property for our future trips to Tahoe. On line, this home looks amazing, however, this property is very misleading. We arrived to a less than clean home. The floors were dirty & left our white socks dirty. A number of things were broken or less than satisfactory to use. The kitchen was so nice, but the pots & pans were old, the gas griddle handle was broken off so we couldn’t use it, the refrigerator drawer was cracked & difficult to push in & out, the coffee cups were small & many were chipped & the serving utensils for serving food were either huge(like for cooking) or non-existent. We were given 1 hot mitt & 1 dish towel for drying dishes for the entire week & both of them were either burnt or dirty. The gas ovens were very nice, too, but neither had been cleaned in a while, so every time we cooked in the oven, it filled the great room with burnt smoke, That was very unpleasant. There were very few instructions left for us to adjust a thermostat or it was on a timer that we could not control. The main level stayed very cold, along with 2 bedrooms on that level & we kept the gas/electric fireplace on all the time on that level. After a while, with the fireplace on. the upstairs level with game area, got way too hot! All 4 bathrooms stayed very cold. The upstairs master suite had a lovely bathroom with a great steam shower, but no directions, so it took us a while to realise how to use that shower. The rain shower in that bathroom didn’t work. Also, in that bathroom, there were no curtains at all & a big window that was waist high-very awkward. We were also only given 1 towel set per person for a week & no extras. We had a family of 15 people, with a baby & a toddler included, it would have been nice to have a few extra towels! There was a hot tub outside, but it was broken, too, & no extra towels even for that! We never found a fire pit -it may have been covered with snow, but was not uncovered. (The weather temperature outside ranged from the teens to the mid-40’s while we were there.) During our week stay, the hot water went out for 24 hours & we had to call the rental company to come fix it. We have rented homes & condos all over the US & never had such a rental this expensive in such disrepair & difficulty! We did enjoy playing in the snow in the backyard & bought 2 extra snow discs & sleds that we left there for future use by others. Also, 2 of the bedrooms need tv’s, they had none & it would have been nice for everyone to have that in their rooms.

The home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, and we needed it. We did not anticipate that there would be a 50 year snowfall record so we were not able to get out much. however, we were able to enjoy the massive property and do all of the snow things. The home is located close to the Village and plenty of shopping and restaurants. We would gladly stay there again. Great memories were made !!

The house is amazing! The yard in the back is breathtaking. I would rebook this house any time.

We had three families stay at the house and the layout was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.
