The facility was excellent and beautiful, and we'll thought out. Very clean everywhere, rooms, pools, around the waterfalls.

The staff was not trained, service was goofy, and for being so remote the menu was terrible. To have such a investment in facilities and great amenities it was very disappointing to have a staff that did not seem to care.

the place is breathtaking, I’m amazed by the nature and the combined rustic and modern together that made the hotel the place that I dint expected not to be the place it turned out to be

The staff and the booking itself was not clear enough about hotel policies, in very and each hotel I have spent in my life, I never had to pay for a comforter to sleep, since we said we were 3 in the room I specked 3 bed sheets, 3 pillows, and at least two comforters, but there were just one comforter was provided, and when I asked for one more, they charged me $20 reais for it, but they never said at the time of the puck up that would be add to my bill, and the woman at the time of check out was rude and didn’t avoid that awkward situation, she didn’t badge and it was not because of the money but about been informed about it that maid the trip at the end frustrating, and service charge, that’s is not for employees at all, so everyone don’t pay, if you want to reward anyone for they services pay them directly with money not at the end

I like the location in the forest, on-site waterfalls and the views from the rooms are so relaxing. The hotel has made small improvements since our last visit and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. Also, the parmegiana in the restaurant was EXCELLENT!

The beds are quite firm and the music at the pool made it hard to hear the natural beauty of the birds and nature sounds.
