The staff were very hospitable and lovely. They were accommodating to our requests and replied our messages promptly. They were very generous in giving additional snacks for our kids. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Our room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and peaceful. It came complete with a campfire site where we could toast marshmallows, preferrably at night and they were provided free of charge by the hotel. Great selection of choices for room service and breakfast. Many activities for the kids, and they were reasonably priced - such as baking cookies and clay painting which were done in your unit. They also provide ATV rides which were near the glampsite. There was adequate privacy. Views here were spectacular. We have recommended this place to many friends and family already and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will return to this place.
There is nothing that we didnt like about this place.

Location, staff, concept and everything was amazing
Sand our host was above and beyond. She made our stay amazing. I would love to come back to Te mata glamping again

the property is beautifully secluded and private with stunning views of the surrounding area
the newly built condos (not related to the hotel) does sour the views a bit. they shouldn’t have been allowed to build that high.

Amazing place for a perfect getaway! The room was breathtakingly wonderful. Staffs at the hotel were helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the privacy. We had the huge villa to ourselves, just my girlfriend and i. It actually would have fit 2 more ppl easily. Our butler Jenn was sooo helpful with everything - her service was top notch. The Shabu Shabu was good. We celebrated our anniversary there and they set up this romantic setting with just a little extra cost. We had the best time!
Breakfast was not very hot but as it is served at the villa it was kinda understandable.

The setting is wonderfull, unique and very luxury.
WiFi also very fast and they have even Netflix !
