very friendly person

Located really close to two beaches (literally 300 meters). If you rent family suite - the whole ground floor will be for you only (approx 150m2) with separate kitchen, table, two sofas, etc. No fee for a dog. There’s an option to do your laundry (for a few). Staff was very nice, also quick responses and reaction to messages in case of some issues (resolved also rather quickly).

Parking 10€/night in the inner yard. Next to the house there’s a bar playing music until 2AM. And playing it really loud. No air conditioning on the ground floor, only ceiling fans. There’s no actual door you can close to keep the floor private - only a wooden fence on the stairs and sliding door to the bedroom. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Overall cleanliness I’d assess as moderate (eg quite dirty fridge, floors).

Located near the sea side.

We received the key to the apartment after waiting time of ca. 1 hour, even if hosts were informed earlier what time we will be at the location. Pictures on the booking.com page are not up to date at all. The see view from the terrace is now partially blocked out by a tree. There seems to be some sort of garbage dump in the near surrounding, you can small it very well if you are outside or through the opened window. The neighborhood was very loud, at night there was a lot of street noises, broken glass etc. The Room, we booked was located in the basement. It was dark and musty. It had very small windows without any view outside. Since the windows were located near to ceiling we couldn’t close these. The whole apartment was really big. Unfortunately we couldn’t lock it, so we were worried about our personal belongings that we left in the room when we went outside. At night we slept watchfully, having in mind that everyone can go inside. There was no privacy – since the space was pretty much opened you could hear all other guests chatting and walking around etc. The apartment had kitchen but it was not equipped with any utilities so it was basically useless. The trash bin was not removed after previous guests left it. Breakfast was very poor including cold tea, prepared with tap water. Public parking space was paid (which wasn't mentioned in the description) which forces you pay extra (either private or public) parking if you're traveling by car.

Nice house good location very nice host

The staff was very friendly and helped to sort out all issues. The place itself located in calm place close to beach. We really felt like home, no doubts i would recommend this place to everybody.
