The location is pretty good, just on the edge of town above the river, the town is tiny so it's walking distance to everything. The room was relatively large, shower was good and hot.

We notified our arrival about 25 minutes beforehand. In the end there was a keybox to get in, and we waited another hour for the person to come by and sort out the payment. Also, breakfast was advertised, but we were told that it could not be served only after we had arrived (I had booked far enough in advance to be notified earlier). They deducted the price from the final cost, but in general the services were not entirely what we expected.
