The appartnent was nice, modern designed, big balcony at the 10th floor with river view. Comfort bed, excellant Smart TV and very nice home owners, who answers quickly and help with each issue.

The towels were a bit old and there were not appropriate blankets.

The shower.

HOST: 1) Let me start with the host. She knows how to pretend to make you feel at home. And once she takes your trust, she goes in your apartment without permission or calling, she will wait for you to leave and she then goes in. I don't know what she does inside but we felt very unsafe and insecure knowing that someone is coming in our house which really took our joy away and made us think twice where we put our belongings. When she came in the house, she rearranged few things around and she took the bed sheets with her.. i still wonder what else she did or took. 2) She will take more money than what is shown in your bill. And tells you her bill is different. When we just got to the apartment, she insisted to take us all in her car to the bank so we can withdraw money and pay her on the spot. Which was absurd because we just arrived to the country and she didn't agree to be paid the next day. 3) she most likely will give you the smaller apartment. When I booked, it showed different pictures and was a different apartment. The apartment she gave us had just one AC in the living room and no AC anywhere else. The windows of the bedroom were locked so we just started sweating all night and couldn't sleep. When we contacted her, she said it's okay for us to sleep like that for one day and she will fix it the following day, not sure why she has that audacity to decide that for us. To add the cherry on top, the following day she said that I don't know how to book properly... I am a Genius level 2 member.. 4) Communication with the host was absurd. She will not listen to you and talk over you, while wearing small shorts and a crop top. Very unprofessional. Facilities: 1) There was no microwave or cleaning materials. 2) Windows were locked with no way to open them. 3) You will only receive one key and you need to use that for the gate, elevator, and your house.

Booked this place by accident, but i guess it was really meant for us to stay for 6nights. The entire apartment was super comfortable most of the needed things are available and the best thing about the place was the host the entire family was very accommodating. They are very responsive in all our inquires. Thank you for having us! Booking this place is worth every penny. Will definitely recommend. 👌🏻👍🏼
