Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay, we loved all the bathrooms and having tons of space and a balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent experience having such engaged and responsive hosts. Lazy river at mgm access was a plus. Awesome spot!

Stayed here with a group of close friends for our trip to Vegas. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials there. The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, which made the experience all the better. This location is very close to the Vegas strip, which makes it a very convenient stay if you want to experience the Vegas strip. Thank you!

The condo is great with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That extra bathroom works well when getting ready to go out. We liked the balcony to sit out and enjoy a drink. The location is good for the monorail and walking to get to different hotels

The property was very clean and an easy check-in made it so smooth. The only issue I had was with the door handle -it didn’t always lock behind us and sometimes was hard to open

What an amazing experience to have two perfect rooms with king beds and great bathrooms each. So hard to fine nowadays. My sister and her husband and my husband and I had a fantastic time at the signature MGM. Our hosts were beyond amazing. We will be back

Would suggest a more detailed list of items available for use. When we flew in from out of state, we were expecting more items to use for cooking and cleaning up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Salt and pepper, dishwasher soap etc. would have been nice to have. No extra blankets for the pullout couches A little disappointed based on other VRBO places we’ve stayed. Great place- just a few suggestions.

Stayed here for a girls birthday weekend. The two adjoining suites were perfect for 6 ladies. Gorgeous views, helpful staff and very helpful property manager. Would stay again!

Vegas Christmas Getaway
We traveled with our adult children as a Christmas gift. It was the perfect setup for having three separate sleeping spaces, yet being in the same area. The condo was in a perfect location, all staff were very attentive if we needed anything. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and amenities
Property was exactly what we were looking for, and the views from the balcony were amazing. Ken was easy to communicate with and the staff at Signature was friendly and accommodating. Renting both rooms was great for our group, close to each other, but offered privacy as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay for large group
Rented this property for a girls trip (group of 8) and it was the perfect size, great having that third bathroom. Everything was clean and just as described. The strip is a bit of a walk depending where you want to get to but that’s to be expected. Make sure you save yourself a clean towel if you choose not to pay for the daily cleaning, that’s the only thing we messed up on.
