Will definitely stay here again. The view and location were perfect. The bed was super comfy. It was super nice to have plenty of space my adult sons in their own room.

What an amazing experience to have two perfect rooms with king beds and great bathrooms each. So hard to fine nowadays. My sister and her husband and my husband and I had a fantastic time at the signature MGM. Our hosts were beyond amazing. We will be back

Would suggest a more detailed list of items available for use. When we flew in from out of state, we were expecting more items to use for cooking and cleaning up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Salt and pepper, dishwasher soap etc. would have been nice to have. No extra blankets for the pullout couches A little disappointed based on other VRBO places we’ve stayed. Great place- just a few suggestions.

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. The rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing from the balcony. It worked very well for our family to have 3 bathrooms, the property is close to the strip, and the pool area is clean and spacious . I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

Stayed here for a girls birthday weekend. The two adjoining suites were perfect for 6 ladies. Gorgeous views, helpful staff and very helpful property manager. Would stay again!

We traveled with our adult children as a Christmas gift. It was the perfect setup for having three separate sleeping spaces, yet being in the same area. The condo was in a perfect location, all staff were very attentive if we needed anything. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly what we were looking for, and the views from the balcony were amazing. Ken was easy to communicate with and the staff at Signature was friendly and accommodating. Renting both rooms was great for our group, close to each other, but offered privacy as well. We will definitely be back!

Rented this property for a girls trip (group of 8) and it was the perfect size, great having that third bathroom. Everything was clean and just as described. The strip is a bit of a walk depending where you want to get to but that’s to be expected. Make sure you save yourself a clean towel if you choose not to pay for the daily cleaning, that’s the only thing we messed up on.

This was the ultimate place to stay in Vegas! We had an amazing time, with ample room for everyone. Loved it

We were a group of 8 for a friends’ bachelor party. The two Penthouse Suites were a great staging area for going around the Las Vegas strip and doing activities around Las Vegas (re: gun range, racing). The place is nice and it was convenient to have three washrooms with each having showers. Also, having access to the MGM pools and gym were added bonuses. Communications with the suite management was quick and responsive.

This was by far the best VRBO stay I had. The PH is on the top floor of signature towers as mentioned in listing. The penthouse has all amenities you need while you are in Vegas.

This place was just as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Took my 21-year old twin sons for their first Vegas trip, so we needed both rooms and the space for them, and my wife and me. This place is great. Owner was responsive when I emailed him a question, and the Signature staff was good at check-in/check-out too. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great property. Being the third tower it’s kind of a hike to the casino, but there are moving walkways. The condo was outstanding and had a great view at all hours of the day.

Great views from the Top Floor! The owner and the advertisement are better than advertised! I don’t know how we found this property but I am so glad it was available! Fabulous views, top floor, beautiful suites with lots of room and that balcony! We had 6 people and it was perfect with 1 separate bedroom for two, a sleeper in the living room(2 more) where the balcony is and then our other 2 in the group were in the Suite next door. We were able to lock the outside two doors and then roam freely between the two condos, which was so great for our group. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen setup was terrific for making our breakfasts, lunches and mini meals. All three bathrooms were spacious and both suites were lovely. MGM pools are lovely and were a daily visit for us. Check in and out process was a breeze and the owner was always accessible. Its about a 10 min walk to the Strip and the MGM(thru walkways); it was so nice to come back to a quiet, non-casino area, yet so close to anything we needed. Valet parking was wonderful. These are the ONLY suites to rent in Las Vegas!!

I was apprehensive about staying in a property that had zero reviews but it was available, we had a large group and these properties looked amazing! And they were! We can tell you that these Penthouses were exactly as pictured and described. They were Top Floor and I don’t know how any other unit at the Signature could have been better! The views were spectacular-both day and night! We would have coffee on the balcony in the chairs the owner’s provided every morning and come back to those fabulous, best ever night time Strip views; I have never stayed in a nicer suite and having our friends in the junior suite right next door was awesome! We could close the main outside doors and leave our individual doors open and go back and forth between them which we did when we were getting ready to go out and when we got back at night for a last cocktail. The suites were good sized, had nice kitchens and enough pots and pans and dishware to prepare a decent meal if you wish to stay in. Everything was very clean and well appointed-even the pull out couches were comfortable according to friends. We had a very positive experience here and working with the owners was easy. They are very responsive and professional. I had read their reviews on another property they had here and I am so glad I picked these penthouses. We will definitely be back to the Signature and these properties! Fabulous time!
